Edgewater Inn - Hotel in Reedley - 1977 Manning Ave, USA

We have been to the property 3 times now as a stop gap between vacation spots. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. The staff are very friendly and accommodating with attention to your needs. And a big shout out for Irene, who really makes your departure memorable.

Everything about this place was very nice fir the price! It's clean. The pool is great, your right next to the river. They clean your room each day if you want! The only down side for my stay was there was no water pressure at the bathroom sink (not a deal killer) if you're in the area I recommend this place.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was shocked to discover an unsettling number of bugs, specifically beetles, in my room. In the short span of just three hours, I managed to count a whopping total of 150 beetles crawling around, which was a truly disturbing experience. The sheer volume of insects was overwhelming and I immediately brought my concerns to the hotel staff. Despite my complaint and the obvious infestation, I was disappointed to find that they did not offer to move me to another room or provide a refund for my stay. It was disheartening to feel neglected and not taken seriously, especially considering the distressing situation I found myself in. The icing on the cake was when I discovered some of the beetles had even made their way into my hair, adding an extra layer of discomfort to an already unpleasant experience. Overall, my stay at the hotel was marred by this unacceptable situation and lack of proper response from the staff. It is truly disappointing when a place meant for relaxation and comfort fails to provide a basic level of cleanliness and customer care.

I stopped her on the last leg of my journey across the USA. The place was cheap, but you get less then you pay for; hot tub was cold, internet failed to work, TV was low quality. Liveable, but barely. Best part was the breakfast bar, which was passable.

Nice bad for the price. If there were any pros / cons : pros : excellent service , all the way around. From the front desk gals to the cleaning lady helpful as can be , and polite also . - nice location , close to center of reedley, also 50 feet away from kings river. - excellent shower & water pressure . Cons -Pillows suck . Bring your own. Tv signal was fuzzy and wifi was TERRIBLE . - the river is also it's con . There are a lot of bugs that come from being that close to the river . I had 15+ gnats come into my room everyday . Not mosquitoes, but still they're annoying . And before you ask, no I didn't have any food or wet towels or anything to attract them. They were already there.

Numerous problems with the shower. Let water run for 5 minutes to get Luke warm shower. Door locks kept not functioning. Had a large family gathering close by. Everyone had same issues.

This hotel was clean, and I slept comfortably! I have a bug issue.. so I definitely approve! 👍🏻

Best Reedley lodging. I've stayed here many times and never had any issues. The other issues people listed might be specific to whatever booking site was used.
