The room is severely outdated and in need of repairs. The back of the bathroom door is coming apart. The shower surround is broken and cracked. Stains on the mattress and half the towels. Phone didn't work. Connecting door was unlocked. Less than half a roll of toilet paper and no refill roll available. Beds had no box springs. Miy matress was indented so much from folks sitting on the edge that at night I felt like I was rolling off the bed. Do not recommend. I won't stay here again.

Roaches in the rooms, carpet filthy as well as bathroom. Not enough sheets, beds don't fit frame. Not enough towels and they scam customers.

Don’t expect the Hilton, but if you’re staying for a few nights in the area, I would definitely choose this place. The woman who owns it is great, and the mattresses are memory foam, and so comfortable! The rooms come with a microwave and a refrigerator. My microwave needed to be replaced though, because there was significant damage on the inside. So I didn’t use it. But the television was very good and everything is extremely clean and it looks like she’s making an effort to make it look as new as possible. My shower was very clean and looked new! The light was very bright. Also, which was great. The door had to be muscled a little bit, but she indicated that she was in the process of switching out the doors and making that better. Right across the street is a bar and Grill, and about a block away is a Casey’s where you can get, beer, pizza, munchies, and snacks. Also, the pillows need to be replaced or bring your own. But for the mattress alone, the cleanliness, and it was very very quiet, I will definitely make this my go to when I need to go through I 80 again through Iowa.

No wifi, room smelled like shoes & animals. Room was really dirty, with construction dust all over the edges of the floor. They really need a proper vacuum or a shop vac. Shower made a strange noise when in use. Only real pro was the price was good.

Great price, nice bar n grill across street. Only hotel on the exit for John Waynes birth place. Figured they would remodel the 1960's look. Run down not very clean. But sheets were clean and has a shower and toilet. So for the price it worked fine for me.

Honestly it's the people there that make it worth staying I'll be back, I love the staff and the people.

Great quiet place with super nice owners. Karla, the manager is awesome. Perfect for extended stay or over night. Great place to walk my dogs around a pond. Definitely recommend.

Wow! What an amazing change this place has made. Owners are fabulous and Karla is amazing. I stayed over a month and had no problems, excellent service, super nice people. Definitely recommend.
