The holiday light show was fun. A nice little train ride thru the woods of sooo many decorations and lights! Went to the snack shack after for a rock hard pretzel and cold popcorn. Kinda lousy for $8. Other than that, it was a great night out!

Our second visit to Edaville and unfortunately we were very disappointed to learn Thomas and Friends were no longer there. The Dinoland was also closed although you could see a dinosaur off in the dark behind the gate. Some of the rides weren’t operational but overall the ones that were, were fun for the kids. The staff was very nice and of course the train ride to see the lights was the best part of the experience. The food was over-priced and not very good, though it’s not expected to be at an amusement park. The drinks were over-priced as well, but nice to have.

We have made a tradition of coming to Edaville's Festival of Lights every year. My grandchildren had a nice time. We shopped in the little shops, had pictures taken with Santa, got some hot chocolate, pet a giant bunny, rode the rides & train. So much fun. My favorite part : The train ride was heated.

I had not been to Edaville in years. I read reviews and contemplated not purchasing tickets, but glad we did. Arrived at 2, enjoyed window browsing in the shops. We were able to enjoy the rides with no lines. Grabbed a bite to eat at 4 and jumped on the train at dusk. After the ride, we took the walk around the park to see the lights, very busy at this time. Plan accordingly, go early, to enjoy the whole experience. Staff was very friendly. Clean park and restrooms. Already talking about the next trip

This place is great for younger kids. Our 3 year old had a blast here and was able to go on pretty much every ride. (Advise to go earlier and ride all the rides before it gets crowded as the day goes on) It's not a very large park, but it's a great day trip for a young family. Taking photos, riding the train and rides, enjoying the scenery and night lights, and just watching your young ones having fun is all worth it.

Nice hidden spot. The train ride was awesome, the employees were nice and gentle. We enjoyed the pumpkin patch express. Looking forward to the next one.

Wonderful in every way ( would not miss it ) had great weather and stream train was amazing …. I felt as though we were in a Christmas winter land ( not a theme park ) because it was beautiful and relaxing clean and big enough to have space to go around and enjoy everything ( a lot of rides ) we did do them all and we were there 4 hours !! Nice staff extremely clean … in conparson to Santa’s village i liked it way better cleaner … more to do … more high end ( stream train makes it better !! Santa was great ( I like that EVERYTHING IS INCLuDED here no tickets for each ride like Santa’ village …I find that annoying and sneaky? I like this place better closer to home as well !

30 years later, STEAM is back at Edaville! If you knew Edaville in its heyday, prior to closing in 1992, it's time to come back and relive the magic! I never thought I'd see the day when the original 2-footer Baldwin steam locomotives would be chugging among Ellis Atwood's cranberry bogs again, but that day has come. I loved every minute taking my mid-elementary school aged daughter around the park. There is a great range of rides, some appropriate for teeny ones, some thrilling enough for adults (and unlike some other reviewers, we had nothing but great interactions with the operators). The holiday lights were cute, plentiful and whimsical. Mom and I were also pleasantly surprised to find a variety of draft beer, wine, and even hot spiked cider available to purchase in the park (the cider was delicious 😋). You could say I'm biased, because Edaville was my favorite place on earth back in the late-80s, but I just wanted to share my gushing praise to counter some of the recent negative-leaning reviews. As someone who showed up hoping to experience something close to what once was, I couldn't have asked for a better return to Edaville. Sorry if you loved Thomasland, but if the new owners keep it up I'll be coming back again and again and again ❤️

I love this place. I always get the clam chowder and steamers (cooked on-site). I have usually gone here at least once a week since moving to Carver, and I have never had a bad meal.

The hot dogs were perfect, but the best part was that they will serve them in the morning. Very few places do that, and it's very refreshing because my stomach wants what it wants, and it doesn't give a damn about what time your clock says it is.
