Under construction so equipment going and minimal parking, but I will definitely come back to see the boats go by on the St John River.
It's a pretty dirty park. Fishing is okay, but expect to lose a lot of tackle getting snagged constantly.
Despite having three signs "PARKING FOR PAVILION USE ONLY", The boat people park there on the weekends and take up the pavilion parking.
The staff is rude and the mowing people plow through the dirt not caring who or what they hit with dirt, sticks, and rocks..
The boat people also filthy up the restrooms.. They're at least semi- clean during the week.
The folks that hang out there on a regular basis are really nice, even though the director, Tim Baylie is not. He treats the regulars badly..
There is no place to charge your phone because they turned off the power at the pavilion. The restrooms are locked up at 7:00 and there's no lighting.. They took out the Porta potties, so if you're boating or fishing after dark, you'll have to find a tree..
We used to go there from Silver Springs to fish and cook up some food, but since they turned off the power, we can't plug anything in. We won't go back..
We found ourselves the only people in the clean and well-maintained parking lot here one quiet spring week day, loving this peaceful boat ramp and this pretty stretch of river. The area around the ramp itself is free of trash and the dock is easy to tie up to and quickly trailer your boat on and off of.
My beau and I loaded up our picnic and headed out for a romantic lunch among the lilly pads, and the scenery did not disappoint. Along the way we even caught sight of a rainbow, a pair of bald eagles and a baby alligator!
I don't have a boat, but that doesn't mean I can't fish! I've caught quite a few nice fish off the bank here to keep my zen frame of mind. Most boaters in the channel are patient with those of us who respect their right of way. The park itself has plenty of parking and lots of room for people to spread out and enjoy the river. I love this park!
We were on our way to Blue Spring and use Ed Stone Park. This ramp is quiet, accessible, and you don't have to pay for parking. Bathroom very clean. It was very easy to launch and retrieve the boat. Totally recommend to use this Park and boat ramp.
Park was clean. Is a good place to go with family. Went to watch the sunset. Will go back.
Very nice little park. If launching a boat, be advised the launch ramps are very steep. Very busy on weekends
We use this boat ramp and picnic area all the time. We love it there. Always clean.

So much fun for for a 10th birthday party! When you book a party, you get the whole space to yourself for 2 hours. Communication was excellent leading up to the party and the awesome owner Kelsey was on-site to assist. The common area is really coo
Wow. This place is pretty cool. I took my kids here last night and we had so much fun, they didnt want to leave. We met the owners Tony and Angel they are really cool and played some games with my kids. They do sell a few drinks and snacks. We loved
Best place to watch stetson play ball. Clean concessions and even cleaner bathrooms. Seats are far enough apart to have enough space for taller people.
I have lived in this area over thirty years, but I didn't know this huge, well maintained, beautiful dog park existed. Our dogs had a great time and the puppy even played in the pond. There are plenty of shady areas, but you should bring chairs for
I fell in love with frozen custard almost 10 years ago and I get SO excited when I find a custard (instead of an ice cream) shop! Iâve gone to whits more times than Iâd like to admit over the last year since I moved back to the area and I always
Santorini is a GEM. The service, food, and atmosphere are wonderful. After strolling around downtown Deland, and visiting the great shops, we enjoyed a delightful meal.
We ordered their whole fish special, and it was delicate and light. The roaste
This is where I eat when in DeLand. Ribs, pork chops, meatloaf are all excellent. Prices are reasonable especially considering the portions. People there are friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and eat here. You will not regret it.
We took the guided tour and I highly recommend it. Our guide was such a delight. She truly loved the place and gave us so much detail on the planning and history of both the house and the Stetson family. Plus her descriptive narrative was riddled wit
The Elusive Grape is probably my favorite spot in town. I look forward to hearing what the âDare to Pairâ special will be each Wednesday and their new bottomless mimosas on Sundays are a win! The wine selection and charcuterie are the best in tow
Wow, I'm never disappointed when I come to Dudley's. My hubs and I came today and received excellent service from a lovely lady named Alana, and we met the owner so we could tell her how amazing her food is, especially her Hummingbird Cake. I had, h
