If you want to be around drug addicts and crime, perfect place!! The rooms are not too bad and the front office has a nice staff that are friendly for the most part. This is just a bad area for a family to stay with children. Overall okay, not the best.

Avoid this place like the plague. These are just some of the issues I had and they had no other rooms and wouldn't give me a refund. I've had to file a Better Business Bureau complaint to try and get a refund. Update: A month after the complaint was filed, they refused to respond to myself or the BBB. So I have reached out to the mayor of Texas City and notified the police department about this property. All I did was ask for a refund but they won't even respond. Roaches in the room (dead and alive) Loud AC that wasn’t very cool Caked on dirt in all the grout Tv didn’t work Random cables hanging on the wall from the tv Stains on sheets Maids didn’t come any of the 6 days Drug deals going on outside Loud people knocking on random doors at night, including mine Junk on the driving area that can cause a flat

I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Last minute one night booking as we were out at the Dikes fishing late and didn’t want to drive the 1.5hrs home. I get the “you get what you pay for” and it was a relatively cheap nights stay ($80+tax, checked in around 1am. Checkout was 11am).. but there was old cigar butts in the drawers, old moldy food in the drawers as well, used plastic toothpicks?, someones dirty clothes, used razors, toothbrush , etc. the walls were covered in who knows what in the bathroom, literally wasn’t a shower head, mirrors were covered in old debris of some kind and the corners in the room and bathroom are covered in roach poop, vent in bathroom was moldy.. the entire room smelt of tobacco. Just honestly disgusting. Went to voice concerns and there was no one at the front desk. Packed up and left. At least CLEAN the rooms you are CHARGING people to use.

Rented a room for the night had roaches and other people clothing do not rent from this place not worth the price.

Roaches everywhere, barely speaks English, rude and when trying to rent another room denied me without reason just told me to leave

Absolutely horrible. At check in we walked in and there were two half smoked cigarettes on the front counter stinking up the tiny lobby. We got to our room and the floors felt so disgusting and dirty that wearing your shoes to cross the room was necessary. The chair they had for the desk was very worn out and peeling. On top of that the entire room looked like it has never seen a duster or a disinfectant wipe. Even the shower was stained with various colors of gross all over the walls, plus the shower head was shorter than me and I’m 5’7. The mini fridge worked but was filthy inside. The TV worked but the remote didn’t. There was finger prints baked into the microwave glass, unable to be removed which was incredibly weird. Last but certainly the most unnerving, the door latch at the top of the door was broken off and the smoke detector was gone from the wall and it was clear there hadn’t been one there for quite some time since the frame of it was covered in dust. We were scheduled to stay for 3 nights but only stayed 2. They offered us a refund for the 3rd night but we just wanted to get out of there. Definitely steer clear.
