Economy Inn - Hotel in Salina - 1846 N 9th St, USA

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decent and the bed was nice, especially after a long day of driving. The bathroom was small but the water pressure was great. The hot breakfast was really good too. Great value for the price. I'm giving 4/5 because the room felt a little dirty.

I enjoyed my stay here, room was large and bed was comfortable. I was a little worried about my car because I would randomly hear cars running in the parking lot at night and then leaving. I only found one cockroach in the room and killed him, so now it should be bug free. I would recommend to work crews on a budget but wouldn't bring a family here. Front desk ladies were very friendly and quickly checked me in.

Great motel for the price. Safe, clean, very large rooms. Updated vanity and bathroom. Front desk attendant was very friendly and efficient. Small bar and grill 50 feet away (closes at 10pm). The mattresses aren't that comfy but the sheets are decent. I would stay here again for sure.

Rooms are newly remodeled, beds are new and comfy, very clean. Plumbing is a major issue tho. Staff is 50/50. We priced every other hotel in the area and this was the best for the price. Don't let the outside deter ya. Rooms are surprisingly nice and big.

Every time we come through Salina Ks we try to stay here. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, an the staff is always so nice! The manager is absolutely hilarious. Oh an they expect our service animals without a fee. They have a good breakfast too. They have pilot car rates an have room for a couple 18 wheelers to park if done right. Plus they are right next to a truck stop for easy parking too.

Decent price. It wasn't the cleanest but, it is pet friendly. The shower was nice and hot and had good water pressure. I'd stay again. Just to sleep in was fine. Flat screen tv worked great. Under new ownership and they are redoing the rooms and pool and the hot tub. Lots of grass to walk you pets too. Front desk was very nice!

At first we praised the motel for being clean and affordable but when we pulled back the bed covers we discovered some bed bugs of various sizes and some larva on the corners. Eek! Sorry for the graphic photos ya all. Not saying all the rooms had them and the manager was apologetic and surprised. These things happen and the two rooms next to us seemed to be fine. We were refunded and found another spot. The restuarant and bar next door was truly as awesome as the reviews mention. Maddie was welcoming and food was fresh and made with love.

We have stayed here twice, and will likely stay again when we are in the area. It is a basic, no frills hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable. When we travel we are looking for a comfortable room at a good price. This fits the bill. The do accept small dogs. The Wifi is reasonably fast.
