Office has no manners. I called down to ask ask do you have an ice machine free breakfast swimming pool jacuzzi Netflix and premium channels yelled in my ear? How many people live in the room? They don't have anything. No amenities, not even basic ice machine. You need to check in next morning knocks on my door before I could answer at 11:30. He walked in and said time to check out while I'm laying naked on top of the bed. I told them. Don't you check I'm prepaid for a week. They think this is a skid row. Will they run the show and not paying Guess I would not recommend this place unless you get rid of bad public relations. It's prepaid tough to get your money back

Well, where to start, I use to love coming here just that last 2 years been just a been a nightmare, and I am constantly coming here I don't know why we keep coming back. He charges me way over priced 140 for a at the most the room is a 80$ room. And idk what's the deal with the owner but he really just likes to be in professional. I been here the last 4 days and not once have we gotten any room service or even a wash clothes. I'm am homeless as it is and I have to worry about a overprice room with bugs. Not to mention that if I came during the owner's wife was on shift she would charge me way less, then once I think that things are getting better he comes and talks to her in her Arabic language for Indian whatever they are and tell them to charge me more than everybody else. Don't see the point where I'd rather go to El Pollo loco in pitch a tent. To sum it all up no I don't recommended this place needs to catch up with this modern time Whatever you do please do not come

So I came here and the room was nice don't get me wrong it's just a customer service was really bad I walked up to the window maybe like at 10:00 at night 10:00 p.m. and ask them for a toilet paper because my room didn't have any toilet paper in it and I had my girlfriend in the shooter with no paper right so I go and I tell this lady if I can get some toilet paper and she tells me oh it's late I'm tired you're going to have to wait until the morning I'm like what so I'm thinking they don't have toilet paper next next morning comes and the cleaning ladies there and she opens the little closet they have and it was stocked with toilet paper. So I use their sheets instead

The owners are nice and thoughtful. They have worked with me on days i didnt have all the cash. She held my room til 11pm one night for me to come up with all the cash. The rooms are generally clean. My faborite is no bugs. So for me its perfect. Its a reasonable rate at about 100 or so a night more on weekends of course. All and all not a bad place to stay. I would definitely reccomend it.

Terrible customer service. When you call for information, expect to be given a dirty attitude and no regard for your interest in this location. I called to book a room and whatever incompetent person who answered the phone has the nerve to yell at me. There is zero respect from employee to customer. I ended up booking someplace where they actually value the customer by conducting themselves in a professional, respectful manner. Don't even bother wasting your time here. Businesses like this ought to reconsider the type of people they hire.

They dont even deserve a one star. Terrible terrible customer service. I checked in early atv8 am and paid $120 i took a shower and left. Literally made no mess not even a wrinkle on the bed. I came back after work and the key wouldn't work. So i went to the office to find out why and the attendant said check out was 11am. She followed that but but you can pay me $50 and ill rent it to you again one night. I explained that the guy didn't mention that nor are there signs posted and she told me i should know better. She wouldnt even give me a percent of my money back. I wanted to talk to the manager and she ssid that is not possible. I will never rent from these people again ever. I paid $120 for a 30 min shower. Just terrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! you will be RIPPED OFF

The room is reasonably priced and in a convenient loaction however the people who runs it are really rude and act like it's a problem when you pay with card instead of cash. The bed was terrible. Also will not give you extra pillows when the ones you have are flat.

Nice motel in a great location just minutes to NoHo arts district, Burbank, and Glendale. Many of the rooms were being remodeled during our stay and our room looked recently remodeled itself. Staff was friendly and accommodating. When our tv went out they were quick to replace it with a new one.
