I will not go into detail or trash the hotel; however, if you do not like roaches in your room, trash outside your front door, drug activity on the property, and not ice on the property, this is not the case hotel for you. The staff and the people in the community are awesome. Just stay a few minutes away in East Ridge. Also, I did not see an airport, or hear any planes flying over the property. I hope this helps!
This was the worst hotel experience of my life. It's worse than a homeless shelter.. they should not be charging money. Sheets were not changed and dirty, dirty towels in the floor, everything sticky, TV and air conditioning didn't work. People up all hours of the night, yelling and fighting. The place should be shut down.
Bed bugs, mice, roaches and some of the rooms had no electricity. One of the nastiest hotels I've ever seen. The Hamilton County District Attorney ordered it to be shut down until a judge can determine if it is safe to even walk into.
No stars whatsoever. The maintenance men here are lazy and rude. The place is infested with bedbugs and I have the proof. They charge 10 for another key if u happen to loose yours. I had a neighbor keep me and my daughter up til almost midnight for several nights. When I called the after hours emergency number, I got cussed out. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. 2nd hotel by the same owner with bed bug infestation.
well I didn't like how we went up there to rent a room and the door was locked then a voice behind us told us to wait ten minutes so the employee could get done smoking. needless to say we did not stay. anyone reading this if you took the time to read this take the time to find a new motel!
Its ok, but the room i got barely ever has hot water which really sucks, ive told them several times but jus like anybody, its a given they could care less, im sure they get to go home to a warm shower after work, welcome to the chattanooga
I could not find the room I was looking for because of the terrible system they use for room numbers and for directing you to them. I asked 3 other people(none of them knew either) before I finally figured out which way to go. Everything else was acceptable, and in good shape.
Very unfortunate what this place has become. I stayed there yearly for 10+ years. Now it is a dirty weekly rate place with druggies and thugs. Trashy to put it nicely!
The community of amazing people and coaches is what keeps me coming back every day. Real people with real lives who are dedicated to their health and fitness! Thankful to have been a part of the community here for the last two years. Come join us :)
