Economy Inn - Featured Reviews (128)
I came in town Friday from out of state. I requested to see the available room before booking, to make sure I'm getting my money's worth, since the online reviews are so bad. They refused to show me the room before paying, so I went to the APM Inn where the reviews are better and the nightly cost is lower.
Rooms are old so roaches are present and rooms smell of smoke even though say no smoking.
I stayed in room 101. I have stayed at this motel two or three years ago as well in the same room. I was staying to work a nearby job both times. I will tell you of my most recent experience which was October 2017 to Thanksgiving 2017. The room was somewhat spacious with wooden floors no carpet. The tub was clogged and over flowing; but one word to the lady owner and it was fixed quickly. Their primary customers seemed to be drug addicts. A bust/raid was made which cleared out the hotel. At some point the place developed bed bugs. It started small. Notified the lady again to which she responded by giving us some spray. Which seemed to help. Then a few days later a bug exterminator showed up and sprayed every room. But a short time later the bugs came back with a vengeance. The price was very cheap. And the lady owner was accommodating. Not much interaction with the guy owner.
Horrible horrible place!! Rooms dirty and outdated. Management rude ad grimy. My homeless brother paid for 2 weeks of rooms after he was discharged from the hospital after having his leg amputated. To help him finish recovering while he looked for an apartment. He left the room to visit me for a couple of days so I could care for him. He NEVER checked out of the room and left his food, clothes and medications inside. We come back after two days and they gave his room away, threw out all of his stuff and wouldn't even give him a refund for the days they took from him. Manager was rude and cursing at us when we confronted him about what he did. My brother spent all the money he had on the room for 2 weeks and the food he had there. Now he has nothing to eat, no where to go, and no medicine or antibiotics to take for his amputated leg.
It was ok. Run by a family and very small and quaint. Rooms are decent but if you stay more than one night getting towels and the things you need is a little harder than it should be other than that very friendly and priced are decent.
this makes me sick i pay for a room and i had someone call me at 11.57 pm and they told her i was not answering my phone this was an emgerency and they pulled that i would not go back here ever they are set back in the 70's and u are not allowed to make any calls not even to order dinner for urself and some of us do not have a freakin phone what a joke she called three times after that and he said he was a sleep please call back this was an emergency call and he said to call back it would not of been so bad if u could use the phone he offers places behind the motel to rent 950. month but u cant use the phone he says it is fully furnished one futon couch adn two beds that is not furnished but he does have tvs and told me u can get all channels no u cant it has only what the motel offers and that is not much just basic please dont let him con u right down the street is the same set up but at least u can call iin and out all hours of the night with no problem . what a freaking joke this was for me.
It wasn't bad honestly. We stopped in about 10pm and got two rooms for the night. One was actually very nice whilst the other was what you would expect for 70 bucks a night. I would possibly stay here again if I had to.
The staff was rude. For a traveler, it's so disconcerting to have the people where you are staying be so off- putting. I won't be coming back. In general the entire area was really a drag, so maybe part of my terrible stay was that the trip was overall a disappointment. The room was not cleaned well, either. Oh well. There didn't seem to be a many options better than this one there, either.
Love this coffee shop! Real coffee drinkers know ð This isn't the mass-produced drivel pumped out by the likes of Dunkin and Starbucks! It's the REAL deal. So excited they're expanding their menu in the morning now too! Some day, I may get fit eno
I came here with some friends looking for a chill afternoon as part of a bachelor party. We had a fantastic time - all the staff were super friendly and accommodating, not to mention the incredibly delicious cocktails (all doubles)! We enjoyed the be
Unpretentious and quaint, with an affordable menu (nothing over $15 in Aug. '23) the Copper Still is my 'go-to' roadhouse, whenever I'm in the area. As a 'mom-&-pop's operation, they can't hide behind a corporate reputation and so rise solely on thei
