Economy Inn Motel - Motel in Kingman - 1250 W Beale St, USA

This is my bad experience in my trip from Vancouver to Guaymas, Sonora. The internet continues to never work, and the personnel attending this hotel were not helpful to solve this issue, and they were likely trying to avoid the customers, and I don't give the any star in service. Kingman, Arizona has more options, but when you don't know, it's easy to be a victim of them.

Was friendly to begin with but refused to offer a single bed room said it was to small for two people. Charges extra to provide clean towels, clean sheets & garbage bags. Had our kids visit one night & before we could pay for next week & update how many people would be staying they came & knocked on door said "No Kids" "No Visitors". Refused to rent to us with kids.... Got a room for less $$ up the street closer to stores & with a pool. Wouldn't rent from them again if they paid me to.

We checked in at 4 am Saturday morning asked if we could till Sunday morning and charged $100 no pets signs everywhere I am handicapped and have registered service dog they asked if we have pets my wife told them no and we went to the room nothing was ever said about my dog cleaner than most people Sunday morning she was at my door at 9:30 am and said it was check out time rudly.the room was very clean and equipped good TV but road traffic was very loud .

The managers run this place quite well and do everything to accommodate guests including calling me after I wanted to check in 3 hours early and having a room ready for me. I was very happy with that extra service you might only expect from a major hotel.||||The motel is quite old and fronts the very busy US93. I asked for an end room and I got room 10 which is closest of all the rooms to the highway. Fortunately the a/c window unit is quite loud and with it on high most of that noise is blocked. The bed sits about 15 feet from the nearest highway lane! But I checked out other rooms and I preferred this room for a couple of reasons that perhaps most guests would not consider.||||Room 10 was recently remodeled but you can still see signs of old light fixtures and window frames/screens. I did not consider this an issue since the price was really inexpensive. The room had tile floors, queen bed, 2 chairs and a table, 2 drawer hutch, flat screen TV on the wall, fridge, microwave, free wifi, old but standard plumbing in the bathroom including the regular tub/shower. No kleenex but the towels were ok and the room was clean. There was conditioning shampoo and two very tiny soap bars.||||Since I travel occasionally to Kingman and have stayed in a number of different hotels, I will likely stay here again. It is not in town but on a small stretch of US93 that breaks off from I-40 which you have to take in order to go to Las Vegas. It is in the last group of motels before you leave town and all the motels in that group are old and inexpensive.

A really shady place! The owners tell you one thing when they leave you in charge of their business, but when they return they want there rent money? After telling you not to worry about paying rent while they are gone? That tells me that I just got 2 free weeks off rent! And they have bed bugs in a few rooms. Sorta like playing Russian roulette when it comes to staying here!

Stopping point just to spend the night for us. Easy to find. Brings back memories of the small roadside motels from back in the day. Pleasantly surprised. Very clean, comfortable beds, coffee pot, mini fridge, TV, WiFi. Very reasonably priced. Sorry the pics were after we stayed. I forgot to take them as we entered so beds aren't made. The website says two different things about pets... allowed and NOT allowed. To clarify, they are NOT allowed.

On the edge of this little city, short drive to the center. I think the owner was friendly and everyhting during check-in was very convenient.||||In our room there was a picture which was about India and I think the owner is from there? I hoped there'd been a picture about Route 66 but...||||During taking out our baggage from the car a hooker came out from the neighbour door. Despite of that our there was silent and we slept well.||||The room is very basic and there is a tiny fridge, although a TV is a modern with cable channels. This is a good value for your money if you have to just sleep over night before continuing your driving!

Great 1 star motel. It is old, NOT disgusting! The beds are very clean without bedbugs, I checked. Bathroom was very clean too, but it is old. The staff is very friendly, and the price is amazing ($34)! If you are rolling through Kingman, and need a cheap place to do whatever grownups do, this is your spot. The motel next door, the guy wanted $50, for the same thing you will get here. :)
