Economy Inn & Suites - Motel in Denton - 820 S Interstate 35, USA

I chosen this place over others because I was tired of driving and I just needed a place to sleep. Other options cost $100 and this hotel cost $65, I'll tell you something, I had never had a night as bad as that in my life. Believe me I would’ve be open to pay $200 just for not being in that place to begin with. When I turned on the light I saw all the cockroaches hiding, the first moment I fell asleep I woke up to a cockroach on my body, and the second time I fell asleep it happened again. I paid to sit inside four walls without sleeping, what a disgusting place. In the morning I didn't even have the energy to complain. I just handed over the key and left, don't make the same mistake and pay a few dollars more to sleep well in somewhere else. I don't blame the workers, it's just that the building is unhealthy.

I only needed the room until the afternoon until my other accommodations were ready. They don't offer discounts for veterans or the military. The romantic smelled of cigarettes when it was supposed to be smoke-free. There were roaches. And the sheets had burn holes from cigarettes.

We enjoyed myself very much. The room was very clean and everything worked including the hot tub. I would definitely recommend klone of the king suites. Overall I have no real complaints. We will return.

The room I was supposed to stay in was absolutely disgusting! There was stains on the sheets,bed bugs, it smelled absolutely terrible despite being told it was a non smoking room! You couldn’t pay me to stay there. The staff were also extremely rude!

The service was decent. In the beginning. The cleaning boy didn't speak a speck of English and was hard to communicate. But nothing personam was touched in our rooms as he cleaned while we were gone. Was bummed out that the pool was close and there wasn't really anything around to do.

Positive: Location Negative: The room wasn?t actually clean, they need clean pillowcases. The refrigerator was frozen when we walk in the light fixture was not working. there was a big spider where over the door they need to sweep the room and the ceiling.

Do not stay here. I rented a room for my sister who is currently unhoused, I booked it under her name. The front desk refused to give her the room keys when she arrived because her government ID did not have an ADDRESS. She does not have an address... that was the whole point of her staying there. They would not let her use the phone to call me. After multiple phone calls to them with me trying to work with them and provide alternative solutions they ultimately told me there was nothing they could do and refused to refund my money. The entire situation felt extremely heartless and inconsiderate, and a complete throw away of my $86.

I stay in hotels for work year round. Sometimes forv month or two at time. I stay at this hotel for a month every year... Usually april. I checked out today after a month stay. If your coming to dallas or the texas motor speedway, stay at this property if they have rooms. Rooms are clean, and cleaned daily. I never felt like the stuff in my room might not be there when i get back to my room at the end of the day. Hotel is quiet, kid and pet friendly, and location is pretty good. Smack in the middle of dallas and fort worth. Front desk staff always professional, maids always friendly and prompt. I will continue to stay at this property when ever i come back to dallas with my crew for work, or vacation in dallas...
