This place is a breeding ground for problems it has non stop drug and just every kind of criminal activity going on all hrs of the day and night the staff is nice but could care less about the things going on in the hotel and if you have an issue with your room to bad to sad. It's very dirty and infested I definitely would never recommend I left so I don't think I would want anyone to stay here constant police activity as well. I left recieved no refund and was pretty much looked at like I was crazy when I asked for one. No

Best price most kind-hearted front desk people and the they serve breakfast everyday

It's been over a month since there, but the stay was nice. Very polite made u feel welcomed. Only issue had was the entrance and getting the exterior doors to open. Had couple doors that were to hard to get In. Their breakfast was good , needed little more variety. Staff / room maids were very helpful if u needed towels or toilet paper. Enjoyed our stay, couldn't really complain much . But after stay a couple other motels and experiencing the different levels of services. I had to rate them at least above average services. My only complaint was the fact they say pet friendly and charge a bit much for u having a pet. Then find out that's a limited kind of pet . We became homeless suddenly and had no place other than motels . Pet consist of dogs, no other kind of pet. No other , no cats mainly. Yet if ur a responsible pet parent and u care for them properly they shouldn't refuse u to have ur pet no matter what kind .

For starters, this place is only newly remodeled on the outside. It's like buying a classic car with a shiny paintjob, only to realize the window cranks are mossing, the engine is shot, and the seats are tore up. Add to this that the online pricing is not accurate, though they will state it over the phone until you get there. Then the price suddenly doubles per night, or is wildly inaccurate for weekly rates. Internet is via dish, so it's slow by today's standards and drops signal constantly. All this, and the desk attendants are incredibly rude. Checked in at 9am, left at 11pm. There was blood from somebody dried to the wall, no rod to hang clothing on in the "closet" area, and the towels have stains and holes in them. Would never recommend to anybody, the streets are better than this place. Bring a tent instead.

After calling 7 places this was one of the only places that didnt have cat restrictions. Did not want to stay here but gave it a chance unfortunately, mold, mildew, cockroaches (not even referring to the sketch people around this place), ceiling falling apart, smoke saturated rooms, cigarette burns everywhere, carpet patched together, and overall not safe. Felt like people were casing us out. Do not pay in cash as they will not give you a refund, due to the lack of a money trail. IF YOU HAVE A CAT GO TO LA QUINTA, you will have better piece of mind, a clean shower and a good nights rest. Did not stay here overnight as we feared for our safety and health, left asap as that was how bad it was.

I was not expecting much however it was much worse then I expected. Waited 15 mins before someone came down to the office to check in. Rooms were dirty and run down and holes in the wall. Staff is rude and room smelled of smoke when it was a non smoking room. The fire alarm beeped all night long blankets and sheets had holes all in them. I recommend spending $15 more and staying at another hotel.

Terrible,disgusting room. Bugs in bathroom. Looked like the actual bed went through a coal mine. Black all over it. Cobwebs on the ceiling and bugs marks on walls. The room smelled like a swamp. We paid for 2 days-nights and when I ask for a refund they would only give me a refund for the 2nd day. Priceline was called and they were only able to give me $27 of $55 back. Do not go here. We are quiet people but, this needs to be heard.

The room was absolutely disgusting! The toilet had the seal on it that read that it was sanitized. When we opened the lid to use it, we realized it hadn't even been flushed from the last time someone else had used it. Nothing else was clean. The mattresses didn't even have fitted sheets so my kids woke up on the nasty bare mattress. The staff is extremely rude as well. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! It's not worth saving a few dollars!!!
