Had issues with the hot water not coming from the shower head but full blast on main spout and the tub wouldn't drain and the commode would randomly stop up only other complaint was people above us was very loud all threw out the night the whole week we stayed. Like they was doing construction 2/47. The employees are all very kind and helpful!! They never had us waiting long before someone was around to fix our shower if it wasn't working right. They have on site laundry, ice machine, and a new vending machine for sodas! Great location for food n drinks with several restaurants within walking distance and the liquor store. Always let us get clean towels and bedding when needed! I Would definitely recommend staying again!!! Great people running the hotel, clean, and bug free!
Super clean and comfortable! We've traveled from Mississippi to Pennsylvania and stopped here on our way home. Will definitely stay with them next time!
Dirty Dirty Discussing.$89 . Motel 6 was $87 it was immaculate, cheaper way better.
Asked for a non smoking room and there were burn holes in the sheets and also a roach when we walked into the room. You get what you pay for I suppose. 60 bucks to lay our head wasn't too bad I guess.
This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. It's filthy!! The beds are falling apart. No blankets on the beds & when we asked for some we got these ripped pilled horrible things. Floor was dirty & so was the tub. Double room with 1 washcloth. And we were charged $94. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!
Typical run down hotel. New staff are not the friendliest, especially the young lady at the front desk. Prices are pretty steep for long term stay ($70/night and $390/wk), but prices also vary from customer to customer (some pay only $35-40/night or $200/wk) just depends on who you are I reckon. Rooms themselves can definitely use a more thorough cleaning (my room had pop or juice dripping down the walls in a very visible area so unsure how that was missed, bathtub had shower grime that I had to clean myself before bathing, mirrors still had toothpaste splatter from the previous guest, found drug reminents on the table and carpet...). Also a lot of police activity during my stay, mostly at the end near room 128 due to loud and obnoxious guests. Location is nice though considering it is right off the interstate and near a lot of options for food--and the liquor store is in the parking lot so that obviously a bonus lol
Room was very good. Older motel, but clean and reasonably priced
The room looked clean we walked in, a bit of rust going on in the bathroom and looked like one of the ceiling tiles was moved a little. But when we got to settle down roaches started to appear. We had just already drove hours, so we decided to just deal with them and go to bed. Little did I know there was also bed bugs in my bed. Woke up to two of them biting me. That was the last straw so we left. Oh and you could here all the neighebors around you, they are not quiet at midnight.
Our guide Eli was very fun and informative! I felt so bad though that he had to do this multiple times a day. The trek back is not easy lol. You enter and exit through a giant yellow tube! The lake is much bigger than I expected, and startlingly deep
