Economy Inn - Motel in Ontario - 2301 S Euclid Ave, USA

I had an entire week stay here. Reception is great and very friendly. Guests were also respectful and everything is well monitored. I personally enjoyed my room, nice setup, clean and sound. Room cleaners are very friendly and put in great work. Overall it was an great experience. If I am ever in the need again I will definitely come here again. An big thank you to all economy inn staff! In room #129, the refrigerator door would not Stat closed, no microwave, front door would not lock, I took video of all defects.. Now I'm in room #111, although better than #129, toilet paper dispenser non functional, the actual roll was filthy, toilet seat is broken.. It would appear that whoever does the room maintenance here is inadequate.. Although I am here via voucher from the City of Ontario, many things here are sub-standard, and the management does not really care, another tenant in room #119 also has issues with their room as well. Although this location is a good one, many of the rooms are sub-standard, my preference would be to stay elsewhere as a better choice...🤔🤔

I will start with the name. Economy Inn - Ontario Airport, this Inn is not near the Airport. The closest you will get is hearing the planes fly over as the room rattles. The 24 hour front desk is a security window. The lobby and front desk is locked due to it not being a safe place. It says kitchenette and free breakfast but I count not find either of those here. The door kind of locks and the gap between the door and frame you can see the parking lot through. It might say it's a non-smoking hotel but people smoking outside my door might as well been in my room. Front desk or security window service was rude and abrupt. I had to ask for the slow Wifi password. Not a place I would bring anyone I like. The one and only positive thing was the cheap price. But very misleading to advertise that it's an airport hotel.

you can tell the rooms have been recently updated. not super fancy but still nicer than most motels. the hot tub in the room i stayed in was surprisingly super clean, even after i ran the keys with a jacuzzi tub specific cleaner! pics are from after i ran the jetted with the cleaner. owners were nice, but during the night somebody came and bashed out every single window on a car parked next to mine.

As soon as I pulled into the driveway I told myself you picked the wrong hotel this time. When you walk into the room you get a strong, pungent smell of underarm smell. So I leave the door open and turn the a/c on but it barely puts any cool air out.

The room was cleaned and updated. The receptionist was great. Reasonable price. It’s simply amazing.

I submitted my review once and had to delete because if anyone reads it I want to be brutally honest. I can not in good faith recommend this hotel. The staff is courteous. The deposit is cheap and the price $95.00 is average for Ontario, California however, the room is really filthy. Not dirty actually filth. Years of dirt built up on appliances, scabs or mucous on walls, dirt in between furniture like it was swept there. The room smells nice, no bed bugs or roaches. Thank goodness however the owner's take no pride in ownership. With many choices in the area I do not understand how property owners are allowed to do this. Years of dirt visible in every corner especialy the bathroom. The only plusses are that is it is in walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant, Walgreens ad grocery stores. The parking lot is actually well manicured and spacious. It is nicer than the room. The sheets and bed spread appear clean however the towels are thin and look dirty. The bed is comfortable and we can survive the night however I wouldn't stay here again and if I was traveling with children we would leave now. All I can say is thank goodness there are no bugs!!

I live in San Diego driving through Ontario. My car broke down at 6:30 in the morning. I had the mechanic shop drop me off at this economy in I checked in at 7:30 and paid $121 plus the $345 dollars to fix my car. I only have $43 dollars to my name now. At 3pm I was told I had 2 more hours so I went to the front desk and asked if they would please give me more time because my car is not finished. They told me no I needed to get out now or they will call the cops. I am a good person who has found himself in a bad situation. They were as mean as can be with me for no reason. I packed up and was out by 3:15 pm. They couldn’t find it in their hearts to give me a little more time. Please try another place if you can. And as I decided to write this review, I see online the rooms are going for $87-$99 a night not $121. Thank you economy in for kicking me when I was down
