Nothing but a pleasant experience since I've been here from the entire staff. Management Michelle & Tresha operate a great crew and were more than understanding recently when my bank account became frozen. Maintenance and housekeeping seem to be always there when needed, and every member of their front desk team are more than willing to assist. At this price point, you simply can't beat the quality.

Believe the negative reviews. I spoke to manager, Melissa today. So, I got to buy a refrigerator, microwave and YouTube so I can have cable there, but I cannot smoke in my room and if I have company, I have to personally sign them in. During the convo, I told her I was already horrified by the reviews, but she did not care at all. I am glad I did not make the mistake to stay there. Also, you cannot burn incense in your room and she pointed out tenants are charged $100 if they are caught smoking and they do surprise inspections for that purpose. She also interrupts, talks over you and basically said if you don't like the rules then stay where you are which is odd for a business begging for business running temporary specials on Craigslist for rooms that do not have cable, microwave or refrigerators. Their logic is since some people do bad things, then other future tenants need to be punished for it.

I live here its not a bad place at all the staff and people are friendly the location is good my room is big bathroom is big i love the fact that there are no bugs the only issue is my wifi other then that it's great not to loud at all.

I don't recommend this place. Maintenance is below average and I would rate -1/5.Especially management is least bothered about their customers. This completely ruined my trip to Atlanta. And on top of that even banks are also unable to dispute the transaction against their policies. So, please please don't book this place for your stay.

This hotel don't enforced the rules how is possible the front desk people stay at the property one of the front desk employee is so rude she doesn't know how to talk to people her name is Crise management is aware of everything and don't enforce the rules avoid this place is not a good place, I was waiting for 30 min for someone to assist me not a good place

Quiet community to help get yourself together for a long-term residence. Well managed by Michelle and her crew members: Trish, Crissie, and Corey.

I would like to say that the front desk representatives Tresh, Cee Cee, Terrance, Corey are amazing. The GM Michelle is amazing and very helpful. Whenever I had issues they took care of it.
