I travel quite a bit and I do operate on a strict budget so with that said.... I read all the reviews on this place and all the others in the price range/area, this establishment seemed to be less risky, considering quality, safety ease of check in. I was correct. Room 212 was updated and full suite with oven/stove, refridge and all the kitchen utensils, full bath and the super comfy bed. Check in was a breeze; guy was super friendly and I got a call back in under 5 minutes when I left a message checking availability/pricing. It was very quiet. As a single male, I was aware of my surroundings and felt secure BUT this complex is boarder line sketchy as is the area. Very well lit so that is good. Room was clean but the exterior was pretty dirty. Great A/C. This is an extended stay complex so there is some low budget tenants that are staying here. Garbage piled in the staircases and the walkways and stairwells need a serious power wash. Best upside is Lou's Dining Refined shares the parking lot with part of the complex. It is excellent old school and affordable. $39 16oz prime rib (Th-Sat) with all the fix'ns. Loaded spud, salad, roll and an excellent cut of beef. Affordable drinks. Out the door with tip, $70. I was not up for checking out Club 307 (8hr drive from Boise), across the street from Lou's, but if you need to get your swerve on, they are open till 2. All the restaurants in town close at 9.. 10 at the latest. I am confident that all the rooms are NOT the same but 212... excellent!! Great value. Oh the coffee is Folgers ... Carmel flavored... WHY???

We stayed here after a long day on the road. All we wanted was to get checked in and go to bed. I stood in the lobby for nearly 20 minutes and no one showed up. I called the phone number no one answered. I wandered around, knocked on all the doors in the lobby, and tried everything to get someone's attention. Finally after 20 minutes someone came from across the street. We had a reservation but they clearly couldn't find it. They asked me all the same questions that I'd already answered when making the reservation. It took about 30 minutes after our arrival before we actually got to our room. The room was gross and dirty. We would have left but it was late and we didn't want to spend the time finding another place. The parking lot was full of other guests partying and loudly playing music late into the night. This was easily one of the worst places we have ever stayed.

I travel a lot and this is the 2nd worst place I’ve ever stayed. Very scary area, dilapidated hotel, nasty rooms. Shades broken so people can see you sleeping in your room. My daughter didn’t want to use the toilet so we took her down to the gas station. Latch missing on bathroom door, floors sticky and warping from water damage, surrounding dilapidated trailer park was scary, you hear every crack of the bed in the room above. Obviously oriented towards truckers and meth users. Guests leaning against their trucks drinking, playing mariachi music, and talking loudly into the wee hours. Nothing but a dive bar and gas station nearby. Awful, gross, would not stay again if you paid me. No breakfast but wouldn’t eat it if they had it.

After being on the road for 12 hours I just wanted to find a hotel near a bar that stayed open till 2:00 a.m. so I could sit down and have one or two beers before bed. I pull into the hotel around 12:30 after confirming vacancy over the phone. I inform the receptionist over the phone that I have a service animal with me and she says that that's not a problem. I get to the hotel to check in I want to pay with cash but she does not have a cash drawer to give me change so I had to walk to the gas station to break a hundred and pay for the room. She originally planned to put me in room 103 which turned out to be a fairly decent room but since I told her I had a service dog with me she changed my room to across the street and around the corner where allegedly the crackheads and government funded illegals are put. I walked into the room and as I turn the lights on I immediately flipped all the covers over to see if any little buddies are going to go running into the corners but I did not see any bugs that's a plus. But what I did see was a large blood stain right next to the bedside stand on the edge of the mattress. There's no way you wouldn't have seen this if you cleaned the sheets since the last guest. I called the front desk and a super nice lady walked over took photos contacted the cleaning lady and explained the mess that had not been cleaned up. I asked for a better room so she put me back in the 103 we had originally planned on. her reasoning for moving me to the hood was because I had a service animal with me and didn't want her in one of the nice rooms. But after seeing the blood on the bed she quickly transferred me to the better room but still billed me the $9 difference which I'm not going to complain about but in my opinion should have been comped due to the 45 minutes of run around Got into the "good" room and found muddy foot prints on the edge of the bed. A tooth pick and flose on the kitchen floor. The lighting in the room are just random lamps around the room and you have to play a fun little game called "what light works first try". Then when you are done with that game you play "can we fix the ones that don't work" so we can see I'm not saying don't stay here I'm just saying you will shower in the morning...

I showed up exhausted from 12 hours on the road, and the gentleman running the desk was so helpful and friendly I thought I was getting set up. He patiently got me a room, and directions to half a dozen places to get some food. I think he could tell I was worn out. The room was spotless clean and comfortable. I was asleep in under 45 minutes from my arrival. They have a little restaurant right by the rooms with pretty darn good food and good lookin employees. I absolutely would recommend the place to a friend.

This is probably the best overall service I've received from this franchise. Check in was quick and efficient. The one thing that struck me and I appreciate is that as I checked in the hotel manager came out of the office and monitored my check-in. A
