My room was clean, quiet and affordable. The owner has went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The ladies at the front are nice, helpful and welcoming. The water is always hot, the ac gets as cold as I like and the wifi is great for streaming. About 18 minutes from the Cargill plant and has a reasonable weekly rate. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Sandy at the front even hooked me up with a parfait she brought from home! 10/10 service
Great room! Clean and nicely decorated! Lady who runs place was very welcoming and friendly. I'm very happy to stay here for a week.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Dirty. Three rooms all bad. Mold in showers. Bathroom was a disaster, door wouldn¿t shut. Shower water didn¿t drain later a huge wad of hair came up through the drain. Beds not stable. Carpet dirty never took socks off. Just bad. Receptionist best thing! Negative: ""
The motor lodge was on a main street. Parking area worn. No complimentary breakfast. The most modern aspect were the room locks which the clerk was able to open remotely as I did not follow instructions for using the electronic lock. there was a new apartment size refrigerator...best I've seen in the last year.
The motel is old, but our room was clean. The office is warm and welcoming decorated for fall. The breakfast is grab and go with a nice selection. The lady that runs it was very nice as well as her son. We stayed 2 nights and it wasn't noisy even though it was pretty full. Parking lot is small and cramped. We would stay here again as it is clean and welcoming.
Management texted us access codes to our room and the breakfast nook for our stay. We were able to head directly to our room despite a late evening arrival without bothering with the desk. Everything was well in order. The room was in excellent repair and easily accessible.
Was in the back building of the hotel and it definitely needs some renovations. Oof. The rooms in the front, main building were all updated. Smelled a little musky but nothing a cracked window could not solve. Staff was super friendly, bed was comfortable, and shower was decent. It was hard to find people when you needed them. Would probably stay again if we could be in a front room.
Very helpful staff and the property is well maintained. I could have done without objection to asking for more toilet paper though. However, Definitely can't beat the price! Note to Service Dog owners: After showing my dog's ID (I know they're not supposed to ask nor am I required to provide one) the pet deposit I was charged was applied to another night's stay. It's a very small town so I overlooked what would be considered huge issues anywhere else. We'll be back for sure.
This is a MUST STOP every time we're in Oskaloosa!! We stock up on cherry nuggets, frosted molasses cookies, almond macaroons, and dutch letters. They also have little place to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of milk with your tasty treat
We're visiting here from Milwaukee. We ran across this restaurant on a Google search and tried it out. The food is really good! We ordered the sesame chicken with crab ragoon, egg rolls and egg drop soup, and papaya Boba tea and strawberry bonds Boba
I work in this area from time to time and always make it a point to stop by this great spot. Cool atmosphere friendly staff! Wide variety of beers on tap. They had a private party going on earlier and owner made it a point to make sure I had somet
2-parter - Campground and Lake Keomah itself. Camped in the tent on an electric site. They also have non electric. The campground was pretty level, lots of space on our site (#16 in the corner). Fire ring with grates & picnic table included on all si
Edmondson Park is one of my favorite parks for many years! Though it is roughly 20 years old it's larger, more intricate, and diverse than almost any other playground our family has visited! If you're a fan of lava tag (tag where you can't touch the
