The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking, with an abundance of flies and cockroaches present. The unpleasant odor was reminiscent of a pigsty, further contributing to the discomfort. Additionally, concerns about bed bugs made it difficult to rest comfortably on the bed. The floor never seemed to be properly cleaned, adding to the overall feeling of unease. The experience was deeply unpleasant and has discouraged me from considering Eco lodges as a viable accommodation option in the future. The towels were too small and rough, and the only positive aspect was the water pressure.

I have been here almost a month and have been treated real respectful. They come by and check to see if I need anything every day. Maintenance lady Red does an amazing job at not only cleaning rooms but fixing any issues I might have maintenance wise. And I see her on a daily working hard around the complex.

They said they had a pool. I guess I should've asked if it was in operation. I have 2 boys. And they were excited to swim. The person running the desk said I didn't call and ask about the pool. Ok, fine. It's July! Why isn't the pool working. It was stagnant water. Many years unopened. That's what a resident there at the motel told me. I'm adding a picture of said resident who was asked to go throw some granules in pool when I was caught taking pictures. UPDATE: THE hotel responds with Jacuzzi! What Jacuzzi?? We didn't have a Jacuzzi. A Jacuzzi is a far cry from 2 children being able to swim. Again, no Jacuzzi!! Seriously, look at the reviews and go somewhere else before you feel like I did staying where we was not comfortable, staying bc we didn't want to argue with the rude check in guy, staying to keep peace. No! I want great memories, not ok memories!! The pool is a safety issue. Mosquitoes, green sludge, stagnate...health dept should be involved. That's exactly what I'm going to do. We paid $163 for 2 nights. Not $56 per night.

absolutely not this place was disgusting, floors were dirty as can be, dead roaches under the bed, bugs crawling around in the beds, shower was dirty, ac didn’t work hotter then ever!! And STAINS on sheets highly disappointed would never ever stay here again.

I stayed at Econo Lodge in Pryor creek from may 26-may 29 because of the claremore tornado Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was given was not clean, with visible dust on surfaces and an Additionally, the bathroom had mold in the shower and an unpleasant odor. The noise levels were extremely high due to thin walls and a poorly insulated window, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, leaving the room too hot Despite raising these issues with the front desk multiple times, the staff were unresponsive and did not offer any solutions or compensations. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend based on my experience. The cleanliness, noise, and unhelpful staff made my stay uncomfortable and stressful dealing with a bunch of over stuff in Claremore from the tornado they also freaked out over a plastic ice bucket that probably was a 1$ and couldn’t let it go I also didn’t take it or throw it away I accidentally let in the ice machine room so ridiculous. Also there’s roaches and bugs under the beds super nasty but thankful for a place to sleep And they were also hateful to my grandmother who just had two hand surgeries, and her house was tore up, and they were very hateful about her sitting outside on the back porch that it was not a designated area to sit. It was private property, which could’ve been resolved in a different matters also Had gotten onto my 14-year-old brother about not having a shirt on outside when we were there due to the tornadoes and could not get to our clothes

Management was friendly, but that's the only good thing I can say about this motel. The floors were buckled. They barely swept after I asked several times. The towels were dingy and rough as sand paper. Shower had old faulty faucet and had trouble getting hot water. Had to move rooms due to loud neighbor. Room smelled like weed being smoked next door. Frankly this was a dump.

We love Redd! If she didn't work there, we would never stay there. The rest of the staff is most unfriendly.

Rooms are a little outdated but Red the house keeper does everything is absolutely awesome!!! Whatever you need to do to keep her there. Do it.
