Well, we didn’t get robbed or stabbed. Location is convenient & the lady at the front desk was nice. Fresh, hot coffee in the morning, clean sheets & beds. This property is on it’s last legs though: dusty/dirty exterior, no bedside lamp, no smoke alarm (actually there was one but it had been ripped from the wall😬 Stay here as your last resort before sleeping in your car.

I've enjoyed the service. Staff polite and nice no complains. Staff deserve a raise awesome service. I would recommend to friends and family

Good Location With Being On Business, Had No Issues Price Was Fair Around $70 + Tax Pool Looked Nice And Rounds And Room Was Good. Would Stay Here Again If In Area.

As soon as we got into the room we were greeted by three roaches. To make light of the situation, we tried to swim in the pool, which was closed even though we were there given the time frame the pool was open. We only needed the room from 2000-0700, so for 90$, stained sheets, wonky shower knobs, a dirty AC unit, and the surplus of roaches… this place gets a single star. We just came from camping- I felt cleaner and safer outside and ironically, did not deal with as many bugs.

Everything was in working order and clean I had no problems here. The A/C blows super cold.

Great value-to-quality ratio! The crowning feature of this Econo Lodge is the friendly staff. It’s a family-run operation, and the front desk staff was always present and helpful. True, there are multiple hotels in Waco with nicer facilities and amenities but they are at least $100 more per night. One of the big hotels right downtown on the water was three times as much and the room was not clean or comfortable! I was here for Ironman, and while the big one would’ve been more convenient, I’m so glad I saved nearly $1000! It’s so quick and easy to get downtown, even on race day. The rooms are clean with brand new flooring. To be honest, the exterior and parking lot did not feel entirely inviting, or safe, and the fellow guests were alarming to me, so a family or solo woman might not be comfortable, but I had no problems and am glad I chose the Econo Lodge.

The rooms are recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable. I would actually have given a 5 star but on first morning the housekeeper knocked very early. We asked her to give us a couple minutes to get dressed. She was at the room next door when we left and told her it was okay to do our room. We returned around 6 pm only to find the room untouched. I went for clean towels, asking for hand, bath, and washclothes. When we returned after dinner there were 2 bath towels and nothing else. So 1 star less because of poor service. We might stay here again in the future but are more likely to to go to Quality next door.

Room was overpriced due to the local college sports games. Paid too much, $125 for room. Room had 3 roaches come out the bathroom vent. Breakfast area in lobby was limited and out, of what little they had... only had cereal and coffee available.
