Econo Lodge Sevierville-Pigeon Forge on the River - Hotel in Sevierville - 423 Forks of the River Pkwy, USA

Pros- This was a basic king size bed room with no frills. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room was updated and had tile floor which was great for my allergies. The price was decent. Gentleman in the front office was friendly and accommodating when it came to new towels, toiletries, etc. Cons - My husband and I could not walk bare foot in the room because our feet would literally turn black. (Mop needed??)

Our room was comfortable and very clean! The bed was also great- large and slept well. Out the back is a lovely view of a small river. My mom lives close so this has been an awesome find! Appreciate the ease of booking and checking in.|This is my second stay and I’ll be back.

Nice room, nice beds. I like having a private patio to walk out on. The traffic was loud but there was a jeep party going on. Water pressure lacked a bit but still not bad. The building is dated a bit but the renovations make it nice. I’d stay again.

Stayed here with my children for the weekend. It was nice, we had a back door that opened up to the river and we enjoyed that. It was a very peaceful stay, it was quiet. The man working at the desk (I missed his name) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy. I have no complaints and I would go again.

We had booked online for a room the day of. When we arrived late, they spent several minutes on the computer and ended up telling us that they were somehow overbooked and did not have a room for us which was super unprofessional. They tried to rebook us a hotel 10+ miles away and as we were about to leave, they flagged us down and told us a room magically became available which was a bit suspicious. The room was standard, but there was a dead bug in the bathroom and a couple towels had some stains. Beds and AC were fine though.

The facility itself was fairly nice. Not bad for a motel type place! My kids had so much fun being out back and watching the ducks. And you get a great view of the sunset! Rooms were clean and spacious! Only issue was the noise There was a consistent loud noise throughout the night. A banging like sound. There would be a few bangs back to back maybe every 30 minutes. It kept my kids up and therefore kept us up. We struggled to be able to do much today because we were all so wiped out. Kids were cranky and ended up falling asleep at the Dixie Stampede because of it. Again, the place itself was cute and not bad for the price. We would stay again ONLY if the noise issue was resolved. With limited time off, it's just a bummer to feel like a day was wasted due to lack of sleep

Our stay here was very pleasant. Loved the river view balcony. I spent quite a bit of time out there as did one of my grandsons traveling with me. For me the bed was too hard but I am heavier so that could be me not the bed. I ended up sleeping with a pillow under my side and that took care of the problem. I didn't notice an elevator here. I might have missed it. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would stay here again.

First off the manager/front desk agent was so extremely friendly & helpful. Room was excellent & clean. The only negative was the bathroom light was out. It was very late to fix, but we mentioned it at check out & he was going to get right on it & appreciated us informing him. We would stay here again in a heartbeat & location is close to everything & a bargain for the price.
