Driving home from vacation and stopped for the night at around 10:30pm. The first hotel was booked, so we went to this one. Check-in went up to the room and their was fecal matter all over the toilet and floor in the bathroom. The sheets had stains on them. Went immediately back down to the lobby and told the desk clerk. She said she just came on shift and didn't know what was going on. I told her we were not staying and would like a refund. she said she would put it in the notes. Arrived home Sunday seen pending charge on my card, called Hotel clerk she said I would not be charged and the pending charge would drop off. Surprise the charge did not drop off and was processed. I would highly recommend you do not stay here the cleanliness of the Hotel doesn't even meet poor standards. The staff apparently could careless because they are going to bill you anyway.

Nice place Not your typical hotel rooms. They have mini kitchens, which was pretty cool. The kids enjoyed the pool although lady at the front desk wasn’t all that nice.

Disgusting rooms with mold and stains everywhere. The carpet was disgusting. The bathrooms were cracked and had mold and the small kitchen wasn’t cleaned with food and grease all in the microwave. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

I felt like I was robbed out of 125 dollars. This place don't even deserve to be a 29 dollars a night Crack motel. It's just NASTY. DIRTY AND RAN DOWN with little to none maintained and house keeping plus it's very hard to find. I can nor find one good thing to say other then the girl that checked me in was very nice and pleasant. Here is the summery, even though I didn't see any bugs it felt like they were there. The lobby, the elevator, the hall and room all smelled bad. Everything was old, dated and worn, the elevator floor was filthy as was the carpet in the hall and room. The rooms carpet had burn marks and holes in it, the mattress were cheap and highly stained and no mattress covers and flimsy sheets and cover slept on the dinette chair. The refrigerator in the kitchenette needs to be tossed. The coffee maker smelled like piss But the worse of it all was the bathroom. Piss staims on the sides of the toilet and the flange and floor. The floor was dirty and burn marks every where. The tub did not even have a stopper and the towels were not even good enough to use as rags, they were thin and stained. The walls in the hall and room was grundgy smudged and finger prints the same with the windows that I don't think have ever been cleaned. Choice hotels is not the leader in luxury hotels but I can't beleave they even have there name attached to this one. I wish I could get my money back cause Luke I said I feel I have been Robbed. Even the shampoo bottle was only half full like another guest had used it

This place is disgusting, moles were everywhere in the room, it smelled really bad. Due to the mold in the AC my two year old son had a nose bleed. I decided to cancel the following night after I explained to them the situation that happened, they said they would only charge me for the night I stayed, well guess what they just charged me $250 (which I’m guessing was for the nose bleed).I should report them for the mold that almost suffocated us in there. Do not stay here

Do not stop here. This place is gross. Our room had a giant ceiling leak. The lock was wobbly on the door. The third floor smelled of mold and cigarettes. Other people were partying on the third floor. Doors were slamming, kids running up and down the halls. We stopped here overnight with our dog and our dog was not comfortable being there if that means ANYTHING to anyone with pets. We checked in at 1130pm and checked out at 4am, horrible stay.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve been to due to the fact me my husband and kids are staying here due to us having a house built near by and needed the rooms due to the location .. The morning manager (c.j) is rude and disrespectful and argues back and forth with all the guest ..She asked me and my husband when were we leaving because she needed our room and we were already booked in our room we all know when booking a room we don’t see the room number we just specify what we need and want and they try to accommodate your stay.. my stay wasn’t accommodated at all she consistently antagonized my children.. i’ve constantly called the Choice customer service line about everything even the fact that she lives here and think she runs the show.. . They can’t seem to get in touch with the manager or the owner of the building which is sad because every time they call up to the hotel CJ tells them they can’t be found or she doesn’t know a number for them so that’s a loss she wanted to talk to me the morning of 7/5/24 and I said to her it’s to early it’s 7:30am can u give me a minute she came to my door banging on the door I answered the door and she stood there with the most nastiest attitude and said she couldn’t let us stay at the hotel anymore I asked y she said don’t worry about it I can have u put out today I told her to do what she has to do.. . moral or the story this hotel needs more respectful adults that love to interact with good paying customers we don’t mind paying the money no where this place was just in the right spot during the building of our home !!!! Mrs and Mr. Patel would not be satisfied at all .. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with this lady !!!!!

Still new, no carpeting which is great especially with pets in and out. The only complaint I have is there are some people that do not clean up after their pets. Bags and a disposal container right there. Plenty of space to walk your dogs and everyon
