You get what you pay for 🤷‍♀️ It's a cheap hotel so obviously the rooms aren't going to be very nice. With that said when we arrived there were stains on the sheets and towels which I find unacceptable regardless of how cheap it is. Literally the only saving grace of our stay here was that all the staff that I interacted with were nice, otherwise I would definitely leave 1-star. Overall I got the impression that the owner is cutting a lot of corners. Also there is NOT free breakfast, just free coffee from 6-9 AM. Honestly, I suggest saving your money and going to another (better) hotel unless you're just passing through the area and aren't sensitive about cleanliness

I called down to the front desk and notify them that they had bed bugs and asked the lady did she want to see the picture and she said no like she already knew . If you pay extra for a late checkout because some people do wake up late the latest they give is 11:15 which isn't a late checkout. She said no because a lot of people are checking out today I see why you have roaches and bed bugs and bad customer service on top of that . The place is just absolutely disgusting it's not cleaned at all. No blankets the towels was dirty and wet as soon as I arrived the refuse to give you fresh new clean ones.

Is this a 5 star motel, no, do they have expensive pillows, foam mattress or poofy bedding, no. But I give them 4 stars because of their customer service, I was traveling alone, so they put me close to the office for safety and they had smoking rooms, so I didn't have to go outside for a smoke. That increased my comfort level, to be able to just sit back watch TV and enjoy my evening. This place was clean, quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a good night's rest for travelers. Plus it was close to everything, Walmart, fast food, pizza, very convenient.

I moved down here for work and stayed for 2 weeks in a room and the manager and his family but one have been rude n weird and always arguing with a customer for some reason, like there scared someone is going to rip them off.

Worst motel charge me extra deposit the customer service is bad went back the next day to see if they returned my deposit the owner act like that wasn't the motel in say he Goin put me on not to rent cause I'm making sure they doin wat they suppose to do

I’m lady at front desk isn’t friendly at all… she charged me $25 extra for my cat (which is normal) but she put me in the room right next to the office… she told me I couldn’t stay more than 2 days… I think she racist really and it’s crazy cos Indian people are BLACK!!! Me and this lady is the same skin tone. If y’all think I’m wrong let me know but you’re either pet friendly or not pet friendly. She’s clearly not pet friendly so I hope the owner see this and understand that she let me stay 2 days with a pet… I’m a paying customer and couldn’t stay more than 2 days so was she pocketing the extra 25??? Did she keep it a secret from y’all? Is this her side hustle?

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I left my boyfriend in charge of the reservation and was immediately turned of when I arrived at the location. The front desk attendant had a nasty attitude and was not willing to help. When I got to the room there was a foul smell of cigarettes. The covers on the bed were HEAVILY stained, the lamp shade look like it had blood on it, the pillows were deflated, the shower curtain that was once white had turned brown, and there were no clean towels. when I told the front desk worker about the room, her only reply was that it had passed the 10 minute mark. After 10 minutes you can not get your money back. I felt extremely unsafe and I intended to stay 5 nights was unable to do so due the the disgusting conditions, I only stayed that first night. The only good thing about this hotel is that, I’m guessing the manager, was helpful when it came to giving me a refund. Maybe because he knew of the conditions. Anyway, please do not stay at this hotel, save your money and your time.

Photos did not match the actual hotel. Dirty, smelled terrible, guy at front desk was super rude, gave us a room next to a room with heavy construction going on. How can you rest after a long flight with hammering on the walls all day? Stairs are dangerous and easily trippable. No amenities, obviously filthy. We fled to La Quinta next store. It feels like paradise in comparison. Go to La Quinta!
