Awesome location. Rooms are not bad. For the price’ you cannot complain. I have been staying here off and on for two years. And it’s been a blessing in my position. The owners have been good to me. And no doubt the location is in an excellent spot. Very quiet hotel.

The toiletries were used and not replaced or thrown away. The bathroom vent cover is completely missing. There was a notice on the one and only elevator that it was supposed to have been taken out of service, but wasn't. The bed was OK. The steps on the side near the front enterance, leading up to front door need to be addressed...

Positive: Didn't stay...room was not even secure from ground level potential threats---plexiglass taped into window frame...with one hand i could push the "window" out. Negative: Not only could I have have been robbed or otherwise a victim with the room's makeshift window replacement....but the hotel clerk would not give me another room or a refund...plus kept my $20 pet deposit paid in cash. Totally unacceptable!

Rooms were clean and didn't smell like smoke or anything else unpleasant. Everything worked, there was a few things I would probably improve if I lived here but I don't, this is a place to stay the night on a road trip and compared to the prices of other hotels in the area it's a real bargain. The lobby is clean with an eclectic collection of furniture, plants and decorations including the space force flag and various US Military flags hanging from the walls which I liked. There is a free breakfast with waffles and other things. The staff is friendly too which is a bonus. If you're looking for an affordable place near Colorado Springs this is it. Now let's get some sleep so we can hit the road!

Worst place ever!!! Booked our stay and we arrived checked in and was only checked in for 30 minutes. The room didn’t have the extra deadbolt to have the extra lock on the door. The blankets had burn holes from cigarettes. The smoke alarm had been removed from the ceiling and placed in the dresser drawer. The second floor smelled like weed mind you it’s a non smoking hotel and we had our children with us. And we also found a toe nail in the floor. They wouldn’t give us our refund back for that night only the second night. And the front desk guy was very rude. I give this place zero stars.

I've been staying here for several months now and I honestly can't complain. I repeatedly give them my business without hesitation. I always check into a clean room. I've never had a bad interaction with the staff, they all know me and leave me alone. If your a paying guest and respect their place, you will have no problems. They do a great job at keeping all the "riff raff" away from here. This place is no Ritz Carlton, but they also dont advertise to be. They offer the essentials, a quiet, functioning, clean, NON bed bug infested room at a reasonable price.

You get what you pay for- while this place is on the cheaper price range they could do a better cleaning job. Stains on the bedding, black goop on the floor by the refrigerator, and overall run down. Really needs a good cleaning, better yet it needs some updating and remodels. Did the job for one night.

For the price, great stay. Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Good location in north cos. A lot of shopping, food and entertainment in the area. Would stay again. Thank you.
