Too much activity. Can you even Check-in your room? So you pull up here are some people you don't even know waiting on your arrival, really? Then if you need to go out to your car at 2 or 3 in the morning to get some things. It's just too many people out in the parking lot and the management act like. They don't know what's going on. But you and I should know what's going on.I will never go back there again

Great hotel for the value. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It's located within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping locations. A few of the neighboring hotel rooms were quite loud into the early morning hours. The staff was super friendly and quite helpful!

Don't trust the low price. The rooms have an awful smell and are dirty. A lot of weird people where staying there and we saw a police raid go down close to the hotel. We didn't feel safe at all and qe got out of there as soon as we saw the room. At least the guy at the lobby was kind and offered us a refund. I guess he knows that the rooms are terrible.

A pretty horrible experience. Two HUGE roaches seen in the room. Overwhelming cigarette and marijuana smoke the entire time we were there. Everything on the floor above us seemed to be the party pad, with music and yelling throughout the night. The shower sprayed water every way it could and had terrible noise. The sink was cracked (no way to sanitize those cracks) and the bathroom had dust everywhere. If I’m in the area again I’d rather sleep in my vehicle. 12,000 points gone to waste.

Excellent value. Room was clean and housekeeping service was excellent. Some noise at night, bring headphones if you are sensitive.

It was an ok place to stay. The rooms was clean. It was very quiet. Did not like that it did not have coffee pot in room. Everyday our beds and room was clean, that’s a plus I guess. Does not have breakfast. The beds was hard as rocks . Woke up every morning with extreme back pain. The location and look of building is kinda sketchy. Our room was on the back side of the building in-between another old building. It made us feel some type of way.

The white man with the bald head, and grey beard is very racist, hostile and rude! My experience at my room was okay until the following morning. The maids were very nice and I appreciate them. I woke up and was going to pay for another day at the room, but he was saying I already checked out and someone had took my deposit already. I was confused because I paid $154 for the room, I paid the deposit, the early check in fee, and the room price, but his co worker had messed things up a bit and gave some random person my deposit. So he called his co worker and she explained that she messed up. He started getting frustrated at me and started yelling at me, I was being respectful as I could be, I didn’t curse or yell at him. Once he got off the phone, he was irritated with me, but it wasn’t my fault at all. So I’m just like it’s not my fault sir, and he continued to yell at me louder and louder so I said im not staying here I’ll just go to another room. So I packed my things and fortunately I did get my deposit back. But he was very hostile with me and mad at me when I haven’t did anything wrong at all. He was so hostile and so mad for no reason. It’s not that big of a deal I didn’t understand why he was yelling at me. It made me cry because I felt some type of way about the situation, I tried to tell one of the maids but I don’t think he really understood what I was saying. So while I was explaining to the maid, the man comes out and says “he doesn’t understand what your saying anyways”. So I felt very helpless. It’s no way a person should act like that towards someone it was traumatic. I liked my room I wanted to stay another day there but I just couldn’t . I hope the owner sees his attitude on the camera. I don’t respect that kind of behavior. But I also remained calm and just got another room somewhere else. I was terrified of that man.
