Econo Lodge - Hotel in Pearl - 232 S Pearson Rd, USA

Room is was less than what I paid for. The electronics for room door card reader missing cover and exposed wires. One of the blankets on bed had a burn hole (even though non-smoking room). Had to literally turn water on to toilet to flush it. One lamp no shade, just bulb and only way to turn on/off was to plug/unplug it. In morning had to walk over to another hotel to check out per sign on door. Only two good things were the bed was firm and A/C worked. Was glad it was just me and not my family.

I can not stress enough how much I enjoy staying at this hotel! Every team member is polite courtesy. And makes you feel like family from the moment you arrive. They are always willing to help and Go out of their way to lend a hand and To make sure you are as comfortable and feel like you are home! I have stayed at many hotels and this one is my favorite! There is always someone from staff going above and beyond to maintain property and their attitudes. Are amazing. They have a way of making you not even want to leave!. It’s home away from home! The breakfast is great! They always have a great variety to choose from! I definitely recommend staying here if you are away from home! The energy is wonderful! I wouldn’t change a thing as a customer.

Positive: How close it was to interstate and places to eat. Negative: The door card reader had loose wires hanging from panel. Had to turn on and off water to toilet to flush. Light next to bed did not have shade and only way to turn on or off was to use plug.

Bugs crawling everywhere. Overall room cleanliness was awful. Furniture falling apart. Tv had two lines down the screen. The smoke dector and lock on door were both broken and air was not working. DO NOT STAY HERE. save your time and money. Awful experience

Bugs crawling all along the walls as soon as we unlocked the door. Killed several threw out the night definitely not worth the price also had horrible service from the staff had to switch rooms 3 times cause of a puddle in the middle of the floor with dirty tubs, pet hair all over the bed AND ALSO dirty sheets with stains and blood on them. This is the WORST place we have ever stayed at. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT STAY HERE!

I visited Econolodge in Pearl Ms. and they made my stay so comfortable I didn't want to leave. They were replacing the furniture with new furniture. The service was emaculate.

I don’t understand the good reviews. This is a disgusting hotel. The front desk leaves at 11 pm and if you have a problem after 11, you have to go to the Comfort Inn. I got to the hotel right before they left for the night. They gave me room 209. I lugged all my stuff just to get in a room with no working air. I walked over to the comfort inn and let them know the situation. They gave me another room. I walked back over and lugged all my stuff to the 2nd room. I got in my pajamas and went to use the restroom but urine was all over the toilet seat. I called the comfort inn. Then he gives me a 3rd room. This one looked okay at first but then I saw roaches and dirt along the sides of the walls. The floors hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I went back to the comfort inn balling crying at this point: I couldn’t stay in filth. I decided to drive home instead of resting. The Econolodge knew about the situation and didn’t even follow up or offer me a refund and I’m so disgusted with it, they can just keep it.
