Overpriced for this run down property. The only reason we stayed was the beds were clean and floors were okay. Sheer curtain was tattered. Seriously go to the dollar general and change the curtain. Bath tub and shower old. Cobwebs outside the door everywhere. I couldn’t imagine eating here we didn’t go near that area. Location is good from the pavilion.

there are no words for this hotel rather than foul, stinky, unclean, and dirty. my family and i went to a concert, before leaving we made sure to turn lights off. when coming back, all the lights were on, none of us had gone back in, and not only that. it unfortunately gets a bit worse. the shower had clearly either been used or simply just uncleaned from the last stay, there was a bar of used soap and hair all throughout the shower. the hotel stunk of cigarettes and some kind of funky food. and our view was of some kind of storage room/nook, half outside filled with supplies and materials that we did not care to see, which is an understatement. i’m sorry for the deceiving photos listed under this hotel, because they are not what the reality of this hotel is worth. please do not waste not only your money, but your time and safety to stay here. the car might just be better.

I would actually rather sleep in our truck. The stench of room was absolutely disgusting. There was a rotting French fry (and some other nasty thing) on the floor on the side of the bed, and to make matters worse there was a gigantic yellow stain right on the top blanket on the bed. None of the doors shut correctly, the shower head is enough to make you not shower, and the entire place is run down. Also, don’t be fooled by the pool feature- it’s empty and boarded up.

LONG REVIEW BUT IMPORTANT***When I originally arrived with my son, we checked in and there was great hospitality! However, when we checked into room 107 we checked through out the room and what we found was: broken TV, and over head light was out completely. I was about to change when my son happened to be checking out the door and noticed the peep hole was backwards!!!! Its a good thing I didn't change my clothes!! Also, my son looked in the fridge and there was breastmilk in it!! Clearly the room was not properly cleaned. After all of those things were found, we brought it to their attention-- especially the peep hole-- and they brushed it off!! They just moved us to a different room. The next morning when my son went to take a shower in our new room there was no water pressure and when we brought that to their attention, the lady at the front desk went around the corner and told someone, then came back and told us we were complaining. Then said "let's go check the room". We followed her to the room and when we got there, there was a man with tools exiting the bathroom out of the back door of the room. The lady then tried to gaslight us into thinking the shower worked the whole time!! Even when we had video of it not working earlier!! She then told me that I was doing nothing but complaining about both rooms and that after today my son and I were not welcome back to the establishment any longer. I asked, understandably, for at least a partial refund and at first they denied, but I insisted. They told me that they could do nothing for me there and that I needed to call a number that I'd have to look up on the website. So, I looked it up, and called the number and spoke to a very rude man who listened to me explain my concerns and I wasnt even through, when he just hung up. I gave it some time and called back 4½ hours later to check in on the progress of things, and he said "he's working on it". So then HE called 2 hour later and said " you will be getting a 25% refund of $35" then proceeded to hang up, without any agreement or finalization. Out of curiosity I checked my bank account and found a CHARGE of $35 instead of a REFUND of $35 as promised. I called back, explained the situation and was immediately told I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. He said "I will call you back" then proceeded to hang up on me once again. 2 hours later he called and stated that he sent a receipt proving that he issued a refund. It was a typed up document that made zero sense. I told him I could provide proof that money was withdrawn from my account but he declined and instead resorted to mentioning his country and lifestyle and calling me racist. I adamantly replied that this has absolutely nothing to do with their country or anything of the sort!! He also told me he "didn't need any of my money---not even a dollar." He told me that I did not understand the way money works. At this point I completely changed my tune and asked for a FULL refund of $139.00. I advised him that I expected the FULL refund in the next 3 days or I would consider the possibility of a civil suit. (***remember- there was a backwards peep hole , and breast milk in the fridge, which means there were children in the room before us***) The man seemed unphased and said he is a simple man from a small country and he can handle anything, then hung up AGAIN. So now we wait 3 days. And we cross our fingers for a refund. I reported the backwards peephole to the police. They are aware. And I'm going to the BBB next.||||Over all--DO NOT GO HERE, safety is lacking. And you could be called racist and belittled, and told you are not welcome back if you make a complaint about your room. (Also the rooms are not as shown in the pictures online.)

Stayed here last minute after NASCAR. No wonder hotel was the only hotel that still had availability within an hour radius from the event. I get there to check in and wait around for 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Nothing. The owner then approaches me, asks if I’m checking out to which I let him know I’m checking in and asked if he worked there. He said no (twice) and promptly walked into an employees only door down the hall, lol. Waited around for another 10 minutes, called 3 times and finally decided to give up. I got back in my car and said owner was STARING at me through the entrance door for 5 straight minutes. Not only was he rude but straight up creepy I kept waving and he stood there, staring, no emotion. Seriously gave me the creeps as a young woman, I had to have two males escort me to the room later on in the night. Also, the place is downright nasty. I was in an out of there real quick.

Continental Breakfast was a joke. A few cold breakfast sandwiches that you heat yourself. And I think the juice dispenser was was a show model that had unusable buttons. So it was a couple bananas, coffee, and dry cereal. The room wasn't too bad. The tv is an ancient LCD 24 inch which was kind of hard to view from across the room. I haven't been able to match any picture on the site with anything here. We were told 2 kings, got 2 queens. The site said a price, but it ended up being about $40 more. We were even charged for a service animal. The only nice thing was the hot indian receptionist. Two days is my max for the Econo. Tent camping is better.

Go anywhere else, even if its for a little extra cost. When we qrrived there was dried pee on the toilet seat, hair on the sides of the shower, not enough shampoo, bodywash or conditioner for more than 1 person (we had 3 adults and a baby, booked months in advance), water pressure in shower was poor, tub drain had no stopper and would not fill using the lever (tub unusable), trash was all over the parking lot, the door leading into the hallway from our room was broken (key card could not unlock it from the outside, so I had to walk back around to the front door of my room, though it did have a deadbolt at least. The overhead fan in the room clicked when it rotated, making it impossible to sleep with such noise. The pull switch for the overhead light was so short that I was the only one who could reach it (I am 5'9"). The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything in adjacent rooms. The beds were so uncomfortable that my mother, myself AND my grandmother all woke up with sore backs. Good things... the AC, internet and cable worked well, and the beds appeared clean. Floor was swept in sleeping area, and having a fridge in the room was nice (though thr fridge DID keep opening on its own throughout the night, so it was open when we woke up). The breakfast options offered in the morning were sparse. There were rock-hard bagels, stale toast and cream cheese, and the toaster kept burning them - it wasn't working properly. The drinks were some orange juice substitute, suuuuuper stronly brewed coffee, and milk. The dedicated dispensers for hot water, H&H and OJ were broken, so any options available were in a mini fridge. There were microwaveable, frozen sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches, which tasted okay, but were basically junk food. There was also fruit (which was nice), and cereal, but the two cereals offered were very sugary, so again, junk food. The eating area was messy, badly needing a vaccum, and the tables and counters should have been wiped more regularly. This place was the cheapest option we could find, but for what it is and where it is, it's still very expensive, so the value to cost ratio is not something I would want to experience again. Better to pay a little more and go to someplace that keeps its facilities better maintained and cleaned. I used to work in hospitality as head housekeeper. I would NEVER let this kind of stuff slide at my motel.

The only good thing about this hotel is the young lady that checked us in on Friday September 29, 2023 was very nice and she was extremely polite. Check out was extremely different, there was no one behind the counter and a man sitting in the lobby talking on the phone snapped and yelled at my wife to just leave the key on the counter. The room was hard to get into the door was swollen up top, the floors where clean, the furniture is outdated and the mattresses are past their shelf life along with the pillows. One of the beds had someone’s HAIRS ON THE SHEET along with something else (not sure what it was some little black things). The door that went out onto the balcony would open. There was what appeared to be coffee stains on the bathroom wall and the shower head was built up with a lot off crud and deposits so we didn’t take a shower there. The grout work in the bathroom and in floor is all falling apart. The finish work on the tiles throughout the room and bathroom is extremely poor. Did The in room coffee is horrible and only decaffeinated. The pool was not open and the overall outside appearance is run down. We did not try there so called breakfast because we where unable to take a shower due to cleanliness of the shower head. If you are going to charge similar rates to Boston then you need to step up the quality of your hotel. We paid way to much for the quality we received.

Stopped at the drive through just at closing time, but we didn't realize that until after we got our order. The worker never made it known that he wanted to close or showed any irritation with us. He is super at his job.
