Great location to get in and out of. Beds are not very comfortable. Somehow we got an accessible room. Everything with that was fine except the shower. Instead of having a shower head and removable hand held they only had a hand held. It was way to low and you had to back up into the wall to use it as a normal shower. Easy fix is to have a shower head that also has a removable hand held. Did enjoy that they had laminate floor in room instead of carpet!!

The room was nice, and the breakfast was appreciated. Our room had a jetted tub which I and mostly my wife really enjoyed! I had a balcony, which I usually enjoy, but this one had quite a bright light that couldn't be turned off, so I felt uncomfortable being "on stage" after it got dark (one of my favorite time to enjoy fresh air on a balcony). Additionally, the balcony door was very difficult to open and close and impossible to do so silently.

Okay, I had some reservations about staying here when making our trip to Rehoboth, the reviews are very mixed. What I came to believe is that some of the rooms here are nasty, and some of them are newly remodeled. Half of the hotel is outside and open, and half of the hotel is in air conditioned floors. Depending on where you stay, determines your experience. We stayed on a second floor, newly renovated room and it was awesome. The room was extremely clean, the sheets looked nice, and the countertops were just redone. I would recommend staying off the first floor. The only complaint I have about the room was that all the ceilings are ceiling tiles, some which were stained and dirty. Even the shower had ceiling tiles, which is just a recipe for disaster, and there was what looked like the beginning of some mold growth on them. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was as good as you expect from a cheaper hotel. Nice bagels, plain cereal and milk, some juices, and other bread with options of jam or cream cheese. Overall, I would say if you pick you room carefully and maybe even call in advance to ensure you get to stay where you want, this hotel is an excellent choice for a beach trip, only 10 minutes from Rehoboth.

This is a Great hotel for the price and location. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the room and the pool. There is also a decent Continental breakfast. There are tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the beach is literally just a few miles away. The staff were hard working, our room was very clean and the AC was great. Also had no issues with Wi-Fi and plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on going again.

Our bathroom had lots of black mold in it. On the sealing and even in our bathtub. The toilet seat was broken, and the hallways smelled like pot and smoke constantly, even in non-smoking rooms. The "continental breakfast" wasn't very continental. It consisted of bagels, bread, muffins, and juices. Everything was extremely dirty. Multiple people complained while we were there. One gentleman complained of how his room wasn't even clean when he got there. The lady didn't even clean our room. She just gave us towels and left. There were many cracks and damage to the walls. The doors were even worn down. At one point, the water was completely full of rust. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't recommend staying here at all. Especially if you plan to bring children or immune compromised people. It is unacceptable to have mold in the rooms. It's not worth the price it's placed at. We paid 200 for an extra night. Not worth it, lower your prices, or put more effort into the hotel.

Third time staying at this property and intend to keep returning. Easy to check in, comfortable rooms and close to the beach. I have fond memories of Rehoboth Beach and this hotel property is as much part of that as all the other great experiences. If looking for a convenient, comfortable and affordable place to stay near the beach look no further.

It is a budget motel/hotel, and prices were steep due to the peak of the season, but accommodations were overall great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect, a mix of beach, dining, and shopping experiences. Aside from a little toilet cleanliness situation that was quickly rectified, I had quite a nice experience. It offers an outdoor pool, continental breakfast, and plenty of shopping and dining stops nearby, including a crab house, only a 2-minute walk away. A short 10-minute drive takes you to the Rehoboth boardwalk.

I had low expectations considering it was the cheapest hotel in a beach town during peak season, but definitely NOT the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The bathrooms were clean and I felt safe showering in them, the sheets on the bed were clean and comfortable, and the AC worked incredibly well! Were the carpets super clean? No. Were the walls and doors scuffed up and scratched? Yes. The outside appearance? First impressions make you think "What have I done?" But for a cheap, last minute, one-night stay for less than $100, I was perfectly happy with the room, and the room service and front desk staff were very kind and helpful.
