It is a two star hotel so get real but honestly this was a great stay. I was able able to get a great rate on the same day. The room was very clean and the location felt pretty safe. I see some people complaining about some silly stuff but if I'd recommend those people to look for the Sheraton or hotels with rates alike so that they can get to be extra picky and feel full time divas. 😜🙏🏽🛌🏽🛎️

Normally I wouldn't write a 5 star review on any "Average" mediocre motel Inn stay unless I feel it truly deserved praise, or mentioning such as this example of exceptional hospitality, And fantastic professional service. Not only is the price reasonably affordable considering the other prices of hotels nearby but also worth mentioning the front desk staff were very friendly, professional, and curtious. This Customer Service is what you would expect from a higher 4 star class Hotel chain which was surprising to me..The two gentlemen working the desk that I spoke with *both* went out of their way more than once to accommodate and make both me and my Wife's stay an enjoyable experience. The friendly maid service here knocks every day in tge morning to check if you want your rooms cleaned or not as you should expect, I also observed while smoking outside I would glance over at the lobby window and noticed the front desk staff monitoring the CCTV security cameras all night long which I have to say is a Good Safety and Security service. Two thumbs up 👍👍 Other hotels could really learn a thing or two about accommodation from this staff.

My wife and I recently stayed at the EconoLodge in North Little Rock for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a great place to relax after our trip from Dallas. The convenience of being within walking distance to the concert venue was a huge plus. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service we received from the owner. After driving two hours on our way back home, my wife realized she had left her purse in our room. I immediately called the hotel, and the owner personally walked to our room, secured the purse, and held it for us until we returned. His friendliness and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations.

The room smelled bad and was not very clean. The A/C was not cold. The ice machine was broken, and no alternative or discount was offered. Absolutely unacceptable for summer in Arkansas. On top of all that, when I had to stay an extra night they raised the rate from what I originally booked. Also I saw a roach in the room. Stay somewhere else!

The location is great. Assuming the weather is good you can just walk to Simmons Bank Arena for a show instead of paying for parking. This is technically a motel I guess but the rooms are hotel quality. I had an minor issue and management jumped on it. Things happen but he fixed it promptly. That's what matters to me.

The check in was fine. Parking was fine. Disappointed that there wasn’t breakfast. The room was absolutely gross. There was a hole in the wall. Rather large what looked like blood stain on the floor. There was what looked like blood on the wall. The lamp shade was smashed in. The sheets in the bed had some questionable marks. We did try to get some fresh sheets but nobody was at the desk. We did mention the condition of the room. But was told there really isn’t enough time to completely throughly clean the rooms. Umm but these things are very noticeable. We didn’t find any bugs or a lot of dirtyness. But the overall cleanliness could be much better. The bed itself was clean no bugs. It was actually comfortable.

Do not book. Avoid scams. Manager called to cancel our reservation the day of the 2024 eclipse. They refused to honor our reservation from Hotels.com and requested we pay the walk-in rate. Do not book. Avoid the bait and switch. Please be careful.

This is the most disgusting room I've ever been in thr linens on one of the beds was not clean. The pillow stunk and appeared to have dried blood on it as well as the sheets I didn't want to touch anything even with bringing my own cleaning supplies worst place ever DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY 🤮
