Polite staff but very unsanitary conditions. Rooms had a bad order. Had to ask for air fresheners to spray the rooms. Bathroom mirror broken. Was told it had been broken for about 3 months.No towels in the rooms. Water faucet In tub pulled out of the socket when I attempted to turn the shower on. I was told that had also been broken for a long time. There was a plug in air freshener in the room but it had been in the electrical socket for so long it was empty and dried out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great customer service...the staff was great,the room was dated. The bed was horrible very uncomfortable
Shame. You have stolen my Christmas Spirit. Because you have such a Price Gauge Hike up over the Christmas Light Festival in Natchitoches. With a 400% mark up. No reason for such a sin. All people want to do is spend time with their families over the Holidays.
Nice clean hotel, they have a nice continental breakfast the pool wasn't open yet when we stayed there everyone was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of places around for food. It is right off of the freeway and the parking lot is nice, the photos on the website are exactly what they have and what it looks like.I would like to know what brand of pillows they have and use I need to find some just like them for my home.

The beds are horrendously uncomfortable. Dipped in the middle,lumpy, so bad that the next morning my back was in so much pain. The floors were dirty and sticky, the shower and sink were dirty, it was not worth it. Oh and when we asked for new towels, the cleaning lady had the worst attitude. Other than that, the location was great!
Nicest Econo lodge you could stay in. Everything is great. Shower and bed were perfect. Staff were also great. Accidently book smoking and they fixed it with no problem right away.
This hotel is in pretty good condition overall. The staff is friendly and professional. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. This is one case where you get a little more than you pay for

This Motel was fantastically nice. I've stayed at a lot of different motels and I rank it 100% GREAT. We went to see the lights and do some shopping.
This motel is quite, great breakfast, comfortable bed and a separate area with a couch, coffee tab
The stay here was excellent! Rooms were very comfortable and clean and Kelly (the innkeeper) made our stay much more enjoyable. She greeted us every morning with a smile and portrayed a very pleasant atmosphere.
