Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Joplin - Hotel in Joplin - 3510 S Rangeline Rd, USA

This hotel was not too bad but the room I was in could have been better in that it was not as clean as it could have been. The room was a little dark and could have done with a little better lighting. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. there were several food outlets and restaurants nearby, in fact staying at this hotel allowed a 10% discount a Denny's next door

The rooms were okay to get some rest while traveling for a cheap price. The bathroom was not very clean and the fan to prevent mold wasn't working. Also the bedsheets had cigarette burns in them. The only good thing this hotel has is great staff. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very attentive. I give the hotel 2 stars and the staff 5.

We chose this motel for proximity to Mercy Hosp. I called to book. Staff was helpful and pleasant. My military disc was applied. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We were welcomed & even helped with luggage! All expectations exceeded. A+++

Worst management I've ever seen for a hotel. Lady at front desk gave everyone an attitude for NO REASON. When checking in, she scoffed at our questions and looked absolutely miserable to be doing her job. The next day she literally laughed at me when I asked if I could get some towels. Who laughs at a customer for asking to get some towels???!! And on my last night she was nowhere to be found in the lobby for like 10 minutes while a line started to form at the front desk. Another customer in line had to hunt her down to do her job and when she arrived she gave us all sass and rudely said with her eyebrows up "can I HELP you?" Absolutely horrific, I hope a higher up manager sees this and does something about it because that's simply unacceptable. When I asked for some conditioner, I was handed two disgusting mini bottles that were sticky on the outside WITH HAIR STUCK TO THEM!! Also breakfast was disgusting 3 of the 4 mornings we ate there, the eggs were swimming in water and almost made me barf on the second day. I couldn't stomach their breakfast by the last morning of my visit. The rooms were gross and the mat/flooring in the bathtub was dirty and curling up. There were holes in the walls and ceilings which made me uneasy too. I can't believe this place is still in business in these conditions.

Worse experience ever. DONT if you have a choice. Booked a room with 2 beds. Got reservation and paid 1 months beforehand. When we came they switched us to a room with one room and give us no other choice and no explanation. We got 4 people, 2 have to sleep on the floor. This a a big holiday so we have no other choice because we couldn’t find a room in anywhere.

Angie is such a sweetheart. She has always been professional and pleasant during all our stays here. Her professional and kind manners have made us feel welcomed and taken care of. She is always thorough in her work as well as addressing any issues immediate ly. Thank you Angie keep up the good work and bless your heart !

I booked a room with them the night before. I went to go check in the day of and the lobby was completely full with a long line and no working ac. I stood in line for 1.5 hrs just for them to tell me they gave my room away. I was willing to give there gross hotel a try but i will never go there again. La quinta is right down the street and couldnt recommend them more.

The lady was very friendly and informative however the reason for the low rating is because how incredibly loud it was. There is a door that leads into the hallway on the inside of the building. As I was trying to sleep the workers were so loud it felt like they were in the room with me. I felt like I had no privacy. Other than that very clean and helpful.
