DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! When I tell you not to come here it’s not because of the cleanliness of the Room. I have been here for three days and I’m about to check out at 11 AM. They bother you consistently. They knock on the door 5/7 times a day over absolutely nothing! And if you are a person that wants peace or a traveling, do not come here at all, they knock on the door at 9 AM wake you up out of your sleep, constantly bickering, asking you if you’re gonna leave wondering if you have registered guest and the price is too high for them to be acting this way with no breakfast and a small pool. There is a hotel down the street from here that’s $91 a nice big pool and they have breakfast. This is the worst place I have ever stayed and as far as being harassed since the day I came. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want a nice peaceful place for your moneys worth and did I mention no breakfast.😱😡

The worst ever! Phone doesn't work, tv doesn't work, guest computer and printer doesn't work, floor tiles coming off in bathroom (no grout) and for the first time in decades, no coffeemaker in room. But all that could be forgiven or explained away but when I asked the front desk clerk to talk to the supervisor, she said the supervisor wasn't available. I asked to talk to the manager and she called the manager but wouldn't let me talk to her and told me that the manager does not speak to guests about complaints. Therefore there was absolutely nothing that could be done until the next day when someone else was on duty. I asked to see the business license which was on the wall and is required by law to be displayed, and she indeed showed it to me but then told me that the person listed as owner is actually no longer the owner. So I asked who the new owner was and after calling the manager she told me that the manager said that she was not allowed to tell me the new owner's name. Absolutely unbelievable! I'll be calling not only the local business license office but also the health department for the violations that we have seen. To top it off, I was told, when the supervisor finally responded, that this is a corporate owned location. I find that extremely hard to believe but I will be checking.

Poorly constructed building with thin walls. Visible mold and rust in bathroom. Obviously not cleaned or maintained well. When I called the front desk to complain about loud noises (which actually shook the building) coming from the room above me, the Front Desk told me that they are "not responsible for noise" and, as 12:30 am, suggested I check out of the property. When I reached out to Brencie, the hotel manager, she told me that her staff had followed hotel policy in this matter. Her email blamed me (!). Getting nowhere with her, I reached out to Choice Hotels, which confirmed that the hotel did NOT follow policy regarding room noises, profusely apologized, and added 8K points to my account due to my poor experience. Avoid this place. Horrible experience and rude staff/management! ********************* Note: I read the property's response to my above review and it is boiler plate crap that cannot be believed and has no correlation to reality. Choice Hotels is aware of and validated this concern, and assured me they would take corrective action.

The front desk staff were very friendly. We booked 2 rooms. The king suite had a couch that I wouldn’t even sit on. It was dingy and stained. I flipped the cushion to see if it was both sides and it was. The beds were like sleeping on springs. Uncomfortable is putting it nicely. The floors were stained in the hallway to the point that it looked like filth. The tvs only had one channel. We packed our own Roku but the internet was so bad it wouldn’t even work. We booked 4 nights. But after the 2nd night we decided to leave. Between the marijuana smell in the hallway and the dirty feeling the rooms gave us. Not to mention the beds , we just couldn’t stay 2 more nights. My husband ended up lifting the bed and looked at the frame and sure enough the bed was broken. I was trying to save a little money but I learned my lesson I guess. This is not a hotel I would stay in again. Especially not with my children. We ended up going to the Best Western in Smyrna and it was amazing compared.

The desk attendant was friendly at check in however smelled like weed. The check out attendant was short and did not give me a receipt because she said she was too busy with reports at 4:30 in the morning. The smoke detector was beeping for low battery and was hanging from the wall and instead of changing the battery, the smoke detector was removed from my room. The price I initialed at check in was very different at check out and what posted to my card. Will never stay here again.

They took money off my card without my consent. I chose the pay at property option but before I even got there noticed my cash app account sent a message. I looked I'm Missing money on my card. The funnies thing is they tried to take one amount the first time but I didn't transfer much because people scamming.... Then they turned around and tried again for another amount just to take the money. The manager confirmed that my money would be back on there 3 to 5 days but they still haven't released the money back to my account. And now they blocked my phone number and I'm in Florida. Too many games being played at this hotel and choice hotel says they are only partners with econo. I'm pissed it's sad. Never took money before for no dam deposit all of a sudden you try my card. RELEASE MY MONEY WHY ARE TALL HOLDING MY DEPOSIT SINCE MARCH 1 2024

I've stayed here in the past so I've recently come back to stay again because these people are always good to me when i come and there have been many changes. Good, not bad ones. It's not a 5 star hotel of course but it is decent compared to many others I've stayed in and it is the cheapest I've found in a 20 mile radius but if you're used to a Hilton, then go to a Hilton. No where is going to be perfect but you can also make your stay a positive one or a negative one depending on your situation. One thing i know is that with the staff, if you give them respect they will most certainly give you respect back! Please get to know these people if you can while you're here and the general manager. BRENCIE is her name! People portray them some type of way that they're not. Amanda, Lisa, and Maxine I've known to do what they can, when they can do it, if they can do it! And if they can't do something they will let you know and will also tell you why and keep in mind, THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO THAT! I just want to say that I appreciate every last one of y'all because I've seen the stuff people come with to make y'all jobs harder but y'all keep pushing everyday trying to keep a smile on y'all face!

Where do I start? When checking in there was a strong smell of something rotten. The elevator when coming down to the first floor sounds like it hits something twice. Now the room... I have seen 6 roaches and when I woke up after the fire alarm at 6 am I had 20+ bug bite marks all over my arms and neck.
