What you see is what you get, the place looks just like the photos. Room was very clean and comfy, the shower water stayed warm and had good pressure. Standard continental breakfast, with pretty good waffles. Overall a reasonably priced family-owned motel, I would stay here again.

I stayed here a couple of times in the last month and was overall happy with my stay at this older 2 Story Motor Court style Motel. It was clean with newer bedding and towels. The rooms are small but functional with a refrigerator and microwave. I was surprised that they did not include a coffee maker in the room. They did however provide a Hot Breakfast that included scrambled eggs & sausage instead of the Advertised Continental. The rooms have wood type floors that eliminate foul doors that you sometimes get with old dirty carpet. The units have been recently remodeled but did have some minor fit & Finish issues with gaps around the door seal the worst of them. The biggest issue for me was noise from upstairs guests walking around late into the night and early morning on one stay. Bathtub is slippery and no Anti-slip Mat is provided for in the Tub. Very dangerous and both me and my wife slipped and almost fell. They do provide grab bars that can help in the case of a slip. Some of the staff could be a little more welcoming and friendlier in the morning.

This motel was small, clean and quiet. Shower was good with plenty of water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Staff were attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for an easy on/off 1-40 stay, this is your place.

I see the reviews are all over the place but I was happy with the place. I stayed in room 105. It was very clean, the fridge kept my beer nice and cold. It was a nice night so I slept with the window open and did not use the heat/air conditioner unit. Breakfast was eggs and sausage and the usual toast/bagels etc... Great place for the price. Cheers

My wife was thrilled with how clean the room was. She even walked barefoot on the wood floors. It was a welcome stop after a long day of driving. My wife and I are on a 50th anniversary trip. We were happy to find a nice place to stay close to The Petrified Forest.

Rooms have been remodeled and upgraded. The A/C in my room was not working properly. They have a great selection for breakfast. We stay here every time we drive through Holbrook.

Mary @ front desk was very nice and polite she was also great at providing info about restaurants and the area thank you Mary and they are pet friendly that was a plus for me, The rooms are so clean they even smell clean I was surprised and the beds comfortable pillows are not old and flat 🤭 I was there for work in Winslow and the only bad thing (location) this for me is in the middle of nowhere pretty scary rough trip when you're a woman with a puppy but econo lodge gets a 10. Cleanliness and Customer service 💯

We stayed here one night on an extended trip through Arizona. It was extremely reasonable, which is perhaps the best thing going for them. But otherwise, we found it rather sad.||Holbrook seems to be a depressed area and this stretch of road was part of the original Rt. 66. When we checked into our room, it wasn't quite what we expected. The beds and mattress were comfortable and the television worked fine. But the room was tired. The laminate flooring was coming loose. Furniture and paint looked old. It looked like someone poured a can of latex paint in the bottom of the bathtub and then left it there. When we took showers, the spigot turned totally around--you had to figure out how to get the water to shut off. The towels were small and thin and barely got around our bodies. But what was most annoying is that the WIFI signal in our room was spotty and mostly didn't work. We were the farthest room from the office, so that may have had something to do with it. I gave up on using my computer the night we stayed.||I will say that the breakfast that we had was one of the better ones on our trip. They advertise real scrambled eggs! I guess that means most of those other hotels use powdered eggs. But the room where we ate wasn't very appealing and it looked like the owner/manager of the hotel uses this for living space for family.||If we ever find ourselves out this way again, we will look for another hotel.
