I know the ratings are low for this place. Rightfully so. But my experience went pleasantly well. My room smelled heavy of cigarette smoke even though I asked for non smoking room.. other than that 5 stars. Comfortable clean bed..clean bathroom, wish they offered more fresh towels. My room door lock didn't lock all the way. Neither did the bathroom windows. Not safe at all!!!! Creepy people outside but if you mind your business they'll do the same. Location is excellent. Close to everything I needed that day. Restaurants, laundry..ill stay here again..oh..staff low-key rude but eh..you get what you pay for. But if you need a place to stay for under $100..not including the deposit fee...econo Lodge does the job

Our stay at the hotel was utterly disappointing, to say the least. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that our expectations would not be met. The lack of a bathroom door lock left us feeling uncomfortable and exposed. To add insult to injury, the tub was disgustingly dirty, making it impossible to even consider using it. As if that wasn't enough, there were no towels provided, leaving us scrambling to dry off after a shower. And to top it all off, the mattress was far from proper, leaving us with restless nights and achy backs. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a complete letdown, and we certainly won't be returning anytime soon. Attaching few images of the exact place. Reasonable wait for courtesy shuttle from airport, warm reception (Kiara?sp),no wait, room(#106) was clean and comfortable. My non-smoking room was just that, no odors. Hotel is a little dated but very adequate for one night. Taco Rico, across the street, was a really good suggestion for dinner. Hotel is close to FLL airport. I suggest booking your return shuttle as early as possible since the 7 am shuttle back to the airport the next morning, was fully booked. Happily, I didn't experience any of the negative experiences/ comments that were posted previously for this property; so glad!

Positive: Location to airport, beach, cruise terminal. Cleaning staff nice. Negative: Very outdated! Office staff very rude. Fire alarm hanging off wall by wires and a plastic bag wrapped around the alarm itself. Pretty sure if there was a fire, we would die! Negative: ""

Been at a lot of hotels this was the worst. My first actual roach motel.. ordered non smoking room but was told we booked a smoking room and was all they had. See lots of others say the same, so don't think k that was our mistake but how they do business. Floors where sticky, broken tile in bathroom. Shower was nasty killed a roach in bathroom less then 5 minutes of being there. We stayed less then an hour and only stayed that long because it took that long to find a different hotel.. Do not go here unless you are a dirty person and already have roaches at your home.. because if you stay here a good chance you will take some home with you.. I don't think k they clean after seeing roach I was looking under bed at sheets inside cabinets... was all horrible was in disbelief place is nasty.. staff was very friendly however and good location

Made a booking through Expedia and could not make the reservation because of an emergency in our travel plans. Expedia called hotel to make sure they would cancel reservation for a full refund and the hotel informed Expedia they would be willing to do that. I was charged the full amount anyways and have been trying to get the refund for close to a month now. Doubtful at this point I will be getting anything back from them.

Stayed here recently. Great location. Not far from the airport or the beach. The room was nice and staff were all friendly. Would stay again

Very dissatisfied with this hotel room & service. When we arrived at the airport and needed a shuttle, I called over 25 times and nobody would answer the phone. So don’t count on the complimentary shuttle service. When we arrived at the hotel, it felt very unclean, out dated and unsafe. The window was open and the screen was broken. The ladies at the front desk were all kind, but very unable to help fix the situation. There was never a manager available the next day or when I called the next week to discuss the issue. Apparently the manager stops by some time in the morning, but they never know what time or for how long. Very poorly managed and no care for their guests. This hotel added stress to our anniversary getaway. Don’t waste your money.
