Positive: They call me upon my arrival to the hotel, to confirm that I was still coming. No one has ever done this before from any hotel chain. The people of the hotel was very supportive and answered all my questions. We had two rooms, me and my daughter. Negative: Nothing, it was a good hotel.

Booked for two weeks for a training I needed to attend at FT Knox. WAY too much traffic noise, walls are thin and people are always making noise. You won’t get much rest. Cockroaches every where, disgusting. Beds are very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Outlets don’t work, you have to constantly move your phone charger and get the right angle for it to charge. People are always hanging out in front of the doors, very uncomfortable. Advertisement pictures are not what they seem. Only good thing was staff very friendly.

Once I talk to the hotel manager I will update this review. But until then I am beyond annoyed, my husband has been a long time resident here almost a year due to travel work. After 30 days your suppose to get hotel tax free.. which my husband talked to the manager MONTHS AGO and they was suppose to take it off our weekly rate but never did, and now here it is 11 months of him staying at this hotel and we have been still paying hotel tax, now I am to blame also for not pushing since I wasn’t noticing what they was charging us. I took it as it was taken care of but no it wasn’t now they owe us a significant amount of money, my husband got laid off two weeks ago and got rehired back on dayshift so he went back to this hotel and again they are charging us the full rate plus hotel tax and every time he asks to talk to the manager he isn’t there when my husband is. I’m hoping this can be fixed ASAP

Positive: It was close to the base. Negative: It was poorly lit. There was no sheer curtains. To let light in you had to open the drapes and then everyone can see in. The telephone was filthy. The furniture was in bad repair. I don't know how it got 7.5 rating. You get what you pay for. Negative: ""

Horrible! Bugs dirt body fluids. I was told I looked homeless and I needed to pay a higher deposit. I'm touring on my bicycle and arrived in the evening on Thanksgiving and there was an issue with my card and i could not call the bank because of holiday but the room was already paid for with points. So I was told at around 7pm that I had 1 hour to come up with the deposit or they would cancel my booking even though I stated that I was waiting for a response from family to provide a deposit to hotel. After paying the deposit and checking in the room was dirty and I had to clean it just to stay. Cigarettes in the tub dead smashed roaches on the wall dirty bedding filthy air filter urine covered bedding. You name it and it was dirty. Be careful if you stay at this location. Negative stars...

There is so much road noise. Parking on the back side is tight. Small bathroom, but...it works. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Lady in office was nice though.

This was an interesting place to stay. Just being honest, the hotel was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But that is where this ends. We had a non smoking room. Well, if people weren't hanging out in front of our room at ALL hours of day and Night, we wouldn't have had ANY smoke coming into our room. Not only was there cigarette smoke, but pot smoke as well. LET ME BE CLEAR, it was OTHER guest and their behavior that have led me to not come back to this place.During our time, there was partying, pot smoking, loud conversations, groups of people hanging out in front of our window, so all the smoke was coming in around the AC unit. There was a fight and bottles being knocked all over the place. This was at 1-2 AM, yes morning. And this was during the week days. I would hate to see it during the weekends. At one point we heard a pop go off and I am pretty sure it was a .22 round. It was so bad we ended up leaving very early in the morning as none of us were able to get a solid sleep. So to be clear, the hotel was clean, the staff was professional, but if you want a good night rest, look somewhere else.

On the list page , it said the price was $58 per night. So clicked on this link, then went to check prices and now it is $73 or $79 per night for 2 ppl and for 1 person it's more some how
