Econo Lodge East Ridge - Hotel in East Ridge - 6642 Ringgold Rd, USA

It was getting late and I was very tired. They had an ad for cheaper room but we later found out it was about the same as the nicer motels nearby. Anyway, the guy at the desk was very nice and very helpful. The main problem there was people hanging out on the sidewalk near the doors most of the night. It look like construction workers from maybe South America or something. The problem was not with the people but they were loud it didn't seem like management really cared. As noisy as they were no one came out to tell them to quiet down. Other than that it was just a little dirty there. There was a lot of refuse in the grass near the fence. People were walking their dogs over there without picking up the poop. Rooms were old but you could get a night's sleep there. I wasn't impressed but if I had to I would stay there again in an emergency. Also they charge $20 for my little chihuahua. They said it was to clean the room extra good after we left because of the pet. I doubt if they did anything extra good LOL. We especially like that the interstate was about 100 ft away and it was very loud all night. I didn't realize how bad it was until I started writing this review and remembering all these things

Honestly this place isn’t bad if you’re just using it as a place to rest your head. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a decent place to sleep. The room was semi clean. Nothing fancy but nothing terrible either. The location is convenient and we felt safe in the area. There is a starbucks and chik fil a across the street which was super nice and convenient. The staff was nice and check in/check out was easy. You definitely get what you pay for but if you go in expecting that then you won’t be disappointed.

Positive: Location is great and staff was friendly. Negative: Room smelled like a gas station washroom. Bed sheets were dated and not crisp and white. I felt I was in a no tell motel. No internet although the pleasant fellow at the front desk tried. Frustrating! Negative: ""

Very happy with our stay here. Clean, affordable, friendly staff, easy check-in. We came here after finding bed bugs in the motel 6 across the street, did not even stay 15 minutes. We ran over here to safety and were treated kindly by the gentleman at the front desk even though it was late, and were immediately shown to our rooms so that we could make sure everything was clean. Its a nice place, and IT'S CLEAN!!! Management clearly cares about their business here, and the well being of their customers. 100% recommended.

I mean for a quick night sleep this place was great. Staff was great and rooms were good

Extremely nice for the price! This reminds me how nice Econo lodge hotels use to be! Convenient, low key in the back, and Quiet which means great night in the Sac!

I had to cancel my reservation at a different hotel due to the room's condition, so I was desperately looking for a place to stay when I walked in to the lobby of this Econo Lodge in East Ridge, TN. The manager on duty, Dan, was incredible! He was able to book me in for 2 nights without a reservation, and into a ground floor room per special request due to my recent surgery (something I didn't expect to be fulfilled since it was last minute!). The room was super clean, quiet, and had exactly what I needed. I was able to park directly in front of the room, which was very helpful. My only criticism would be of the wi-fi, which was super slow and unreliable even when it showed a strong connection. The hotel itself is in a good location; it's within short driving distance of everything you might need and all the wonderful places to visit in Chattanooga. It's not luxury, but it's affordable, clean, and everything you need minus all the fluff. And if Dan is working, expect amazing customer service delivered in a funny and entertaining way. I highly recommend.
