Positive: Cleanliness level was good. Negative: No coffee machine in room. Door was bent and dented at the bottom from misuse. No secondary slide/swing-over lock on the door. Shower handle was worn and loose, so water temperature could not be accurately adjusted. Outside walkways dirty & dark.
The rooms were just the run of the mill bed. They advertised breakfast, but did not offer it. Not even coffee! Luckily, there is a waffle house in the same parking lot.
When I went to check in, the front desk person wanted me to conduct
business in the parking lot. I hope to insist that we go inside. Just weird!
The rooms were clean...that's the only positive. It was a one and done for me. There are two other hotels in the same parking lot that you should try.
Positive: The room was surprisingly very clean! And the front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Due to there being a large number of construction folks on one side of the hotel he made sure to put me in a room on the other side for a bit more quietness. Negative: Noisy outside from trucks and main road Negative: ""
This will be my second stay here and let me just say, it’s perfect for when you need a safe and clean room while traveling and don’t need all the frills amenities wise. The staff is beyond friendly, professional, personable, and helpful. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not, but after seeing I had to get my car towed due to a flat, they were sweeping the parking lot when I returned! I’m not even sure the nail responsible for the flat came from here. I doubt you’ll find any other place that takes as much care to SWEEP a whole parking lot be it for appearance or to ensure nothing else is lurking hoping to get stuck in someone’s tire. Either way, traveling solo or with my partner I feel that this location is somewhere you can rest easily knowing you’re safe, the rooms are clean, and working with the staff is a great experience.
Positive: Room was really nice. Clean. Comfortable bed. HVAC worked properly. Front office staff and housekeeping staff very nice. Both very accomodating. Nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room...although I did not really need them. Negative: Picture of lobby not accurate. It was a disaster. The listing said that there would be some type of breakfast. But, there was none, not even coffee or juice that is shown in the picture. The front office staff did give me a coffee maker for my room. Negative: ""
Positive: Service and cleanliness of the room Negative: The location is not the best and people hangs outside their rooms smoking, drinking and making noise.
No frills, just a basic motel. Recently remodeled. Super comfortable bed, and the shower was hot! The only thing worth noting is that due to proximity to the airport, there is some occasional noise from airplane traffic. Very clean and, for the most part - quiet, plenty of parking. Easy access to 26. Wonderful, kind people running the place - highly recommended.
Positive: "" Negative: Check-in was impersonal, since the office was closed (even though it was only 9:30pm), and we had to speak to the staff person through a pant of bullet-proof glass as we stood outside. Perhaps they¿ve had security problems. Negative: ""

Upon check-in, I discovered that my reservation had been changed to a King room, despite needing two double beds. However, the desk clerk went above and beyond to promptly resolve the issue. What impressed me the most was her attention to detail, as
Such a nice hotel for the price. Very modern, very clean and upscale details. The staff was also so wonderful. If you are attending an event at the North Charleston coliseum, this is the perfect spot and itâs right next door.
The whole staff was excellent and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was most delightful. I am handicapped and so was my daughter and they helped us so much. The room was really and comfortable. The breakfast bar
Had a great time watching the guys throw axes at Blade & Bull in Park Circle area of N. Charleston. Staff was nice and helpful getting them going. They had a bar and then seating in the axe throwing area to watch your group as well. Closed toe shoes
