Econo Lodge at the Falls North - Hotel in Niagara Falls - 5919 Niagara Fls Blvd, USA

It's a great hotel for a two-star rating, but I was pleasantly surprised that the check-in took place as soon as a clean room became available. This is usually the rule from 3 pm. The pool is clean. On-site trash bins are full and garbage falls out from the outside. The rooms have clean linens and snow-white towels. Room service can be ordered daily. There is a free shuttle service to the waterfalls. The location is close to a supermarket. Breakfasts are bad, but it's a two star hotel, don't forget that)

Me and my family stayed here for 3 nights the customer service is great,the staff is awesome but the rooms are poorly kept and entire property needs better management the towel had dirt marks,the rooms had smoke smell all over ,the sink had broken boards hanging off.management needs to step up!!!!!!

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. When we checked in, we were given keys to a room someone was already in. When we went to the front desk, he just said oops my bad. Gave us another room. About 2 hours later, someone else entered our room with a key! At 8:30 at night. Went to the front desk and they said it was housekeeping. My daughter and I no longer felt safe at this hotel. We got a refund and went to a different hotel.

One of the pricey hotel with zero maintenance/service. Recently we stayed in this econo lodge at the falls north expecting a good to moderate service. But i would rate this hotel with one star and very poor service. We were told that the rooms would be cleaned but it never happened. We also met the house keeping and requested still nothing happened. Really a bad service with no proper maintenance. Breakfast also very bad with not much options. I wouldn't recommend this hotel stay.

The place has a nice pool and a play ground for children, and I really loved the breakfast part the most, it was amazing they have an open buffet and you can find everything from bagels, muffins, different kinds of cereals, butter, peanut butter, jam and bread and a hot waffle maker so you can make your own waffle beside the coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and orange juice, the food thing is that you can have hot drinks anytime in the 24 hours. Our bedroom was on the main floor, the room was ok but I was concerned about its cleanliness it didn’t look so clean and the toilet wasn’t clean either and it didn’t flush well, I was also concerned about the safety since the room overlooked the outside, I had to take my important belongings when I left, it also lacked some things like a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner. There is free internet and also many parking lots. There are no shuttle buses to the falls so you have to drive or take the bus

I think the best advantage is its location to falls. Just a 10 min drive. Their rooms and services are decent. Breakfast area is too small and congested with people. If they could increase their breakfast area by redesigning, I would not hesitate to increase my rating to 5 star. I didn't have any other negative experience here though my stay was very short.

The information on the website has something about like app television or something so I'm thinking of it's Roku. It was a Roku TV but we could only watch cable because our TV wouldn't connect to the Internet or our phones. We were in a corner and the wifi didn't reach. Talked to front desk about it they said they would look in to it and see about another room but they never did. There is mosquitos and other bugs on the outside of your door and a few in the room. I did a cash room deposit so when I checked out I would get it right back which I did and like an hour after leaving I checked my bank and had a $200 hold on my card I called and they gave the generic thing well I guess our system didn't recognize or whatever that we did the cash deposit so now it's gonna take like up to 5 days for that to fall off so if you don't have money in your bank account really and do the cash deposit be prepared for this nightmare. They could be kinda rude sometimes at the front desk during breakfast today a lady went a asked if more food was coming out and the guy rudely said all that's out there is what we have. Our tub faucet was very loose and it leaked some.

AVOID IT AT ALL COST It was a nightmare. Firstly, I was overcharged. I paid $379.84 for two nights, but they later charged an unauthorized $178, making my total $557.84 instead of $328.08. Despite multiple discussions with front desk staff, this issue remains unresolved. Worse, my family and I experienced severe harassment from a guest in the room next to ours. This drunk, possibly drugged, individual banged on our windows and doors, threatening us with violence. Reporting this to the front desk did nothing—they offered no alternative room. This stay was distressing and unacceptable. Econo Lodge failed to ensure our safety, comfort, and proper billing. Finally, there are so many mosquitos in the rooms and on the doors that it was unbearable.
