Econo Lodge - Hotel in Del City - 5501 Tinker Diagonal St, USA

Horrible Place, Disgusting 🤮 We stop on a 37 hour road trip with small kids at midnight got a room. Layed down and then got up about 20 mins later because the room smelled so bad when we walked in and I was like it must be the cleaner they used.... Nope it was feces on THE WALLS!! So then I started looking around... The toilets weren't clean, the bathroom was nasty clean towels and a dirty tube hair on the toilet back and on the tub. Half the wall in the bathroom had been kicked in. There were roaches, no bed bugs at least. The fridge was dirty, there were burn Holes in the comforter's!!! Then to top it off when we were checking out at 6 am my daughter lost her play phone, no mins on it, and as I searched the room I found EMPTY NEEDLES under the kids mattress!! 🤬🤬 Front desk didn't care!!! Air conditioner is set on fan, can't change it so it was 90degress I. Our room. I am reporting them to the health dept and better business bureau! Do NOT STAY HERE!!

Positive: Location it is directly across the street from a Walmart and a waffle house is in the same exact parking lot as the hotel Ill sell, the bed was comfortable Negative: The staff front desk guy was inconsiderate & a little bit rude. The room I had booked was a non-smoking room, but smell like old cigarette smoke, also they kept my deposit because I checked out 15min past 11am this is a unorganized an unprofessional hotel Negative: ""

Positive: Just as close to everything. Negative: Dirty bathroom Spider webs everywhere including by the bed and wall. Made me pay 25 dollar early check in. And 25 dollar deposit. Which I was told I would get. Back when left I did not get back at all

Close to the interstate, Walmart and Sam's! You can get rest, refill any needed items and return to the adventures quickly! The rooms are standard for this brand& rate. There isn't a lot of shady activity in the area and a Waffle House within the same parking lot. The location is the selling point!!

The desk clerk is very rude. They decide if your disability warrants your disability accessible booking. If you don't have a wheel chair and a service animal they will not release the room to you. They happily charge you more for it while not refunding anything and telling you to get assistance with the stairs. I have a handicap placard. I have a walker in use on visit. Since it was not a wheel chair I am not disabled by the desk clerk. I'm not sure if that is how it works in India but in the US you have to have handicap access. Anyhow, file complaints with the ADA. I know I will be.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: The management was absolutely terrible.The manager started cussing at me about my dog.They didn?t tell me anything about a pet fee and then charged me $50. Most important of all of this,my MIL was in my room with my dog and the guy walked into my room w/o

House keeping smoked in my non-smoking room that with all the baby stuff that now smells like smoke. Management is doing nothing. Any positive reviews of this or a lie there is nothing good about this terrible excuse for an econo lodge.

If I could give it zeroes across the board I would. Closed lobby is an indication of the kind of people that frequent this property. Rip off $25 deposit that they don’t give back. All kinds of low life’s in and around this place.
