Ok guys so this hotel is legit my favorite place that I ever stayed ever!!!! The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were extremely clean with plenty of towels and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even lotion. The pool is small but perfect and clean. I am truly amazed at how well this place is run. It's like a step back in time when people were actually proud of their products or services and enjoyed being a good host, that this hotel displays and executes just that. This hotel is right next to Big Time Entertainment and across the street from Walmart. If I was within 50 miles of this place I would definitely choose it over any other hands down. The hotel world needs to take note of this small quiet little piece of paradise and follow suit because if all hotels were this great there would be no need for reviews. If you have the opportunity to stay here do, because you won't regret it. I look forward to staying here for many more years to come!

Positive: The swimming pool is the only thing I enjoyed about this hotel room. Negative: The staff is very rude and it?s very unclean and the maids put the nasty blankets that were thrown on the floor back on the bed. They got upset when I told them I was not sleeping on that bed like that to please put clean sheets and blankets on the bed

Positive: They allowed for early check in without an additional fee. Rooms were spacious and very clean! Negative: The bathroom was small and kind of hard to close door because of size.

I give 5 STARS. I recently stayed here in early August 2024; and I have stayed at this location many times in the past and I plan on staying here in the future. I love staying at this hotel for its excellent quality service and it’s convenient location to everything in Oxford area. Thanks again!

Everything was fine, except for the young man who worked the evening shift on 7/3. Rude, curt and dismissive. The person who checked me in on 7/2 and the gentleman who replaced my dryer, thank you. Breakfast really the bare minimum. 1 waffle maker and cereal. Had to wait 10 mins to make a waffle. I would have felt more positive about the whole experience if it weren't for my experience with the young man I mentioned. I had no idea there was shampoo in the shower, didn't see any on the counter, went and asked if he had a shampoo I could use and wad told no. Never said there was some in the shower just no. Arrogant and dismissive In multiple situations.

People...beware of this place. It was the worst place I have ever stayed, and it will forever haunt me. I booked online through American Forces Travels, and since my parents were visiting Alabama with me, they booked through Kayak. First of all, when I booked online for 2 nights, I didn't realize that I had booked a smoking room. It's completely my fault. As soon as I realized my mistake, I called the hotel and talked to a nice lady who said they were booked, but she would put down in the notes that I wanted to change to a non-smoking room. She seemed very understanding and made me think they would be accommodating. This was about a week before my stay. Finally, I got to the hotel with my family and realized that the pictures posted on the website were not accurate to what I was actually seeing. Red Flags... When I go to check in, I am immediately told by the receptionist that since I book a smoking room, that is what I was going to get and that they were booked. Ok, fine, it was my mistake. My dad then checked into his room. So, my son and I go to our room, and that is when I realized that I was scammed. The room they gave me was beyond disgusting. If you don't believe me, check out the pictures that I will post. The sheets were stained, and the pillows looked dirty. The front door had a gap between the floor where any small creatures like rats or snakes could come in without any problem. The microwave looked gross, and the toilet and the bathroom door almost touched when opened and closed. Plus, the smell of the room was so horrible it was hard to breathe. My son and I decided to go to the front to get new sheets. This is when I also realized I was lied to. The receptionist who told me they were sold out was giving a lady who had no reservations a room. I then confronted the receptionist, and he said all he could do was use a spray to help eliminate the smoke smell and if I was to cancel the room I would have to go through a big long process and that would be a headache but at this point I didn't care. I told him that it was fine, that I had no problem calling the 3rd party website where I made the reservation to cancel my stay, and he said they would call them directly to get approval. I told him I was going to call them and left. I called without any problem. The 3rd party understood my situation and put me on hold to call the hotel. After all that... the hotel denied the approval. Another lie! I went back to the front desk to speak to the receptionist, and he was gone. A new receptionist had replaced him. I had to explain to him what the situation was. After all was said and done....they gave me a non-smoking room(that they didn't have) and no refund. This room was way better but still not up to par. I really wanted to leave, but I would be out almost $200. We were able to sleep in these beds without feeling like we would catch something. The room was better, but it definitely had its own issues. The bathroom looked like it had black mold above the shower, and that would make sense since the fan didn't work. The last night we stayed, there was a small roach on the ceiling. I caution anyone who is looking to stay at this hotel....

This place is surprising exactly how the reviews make it to be, I was hoping that no one lied on the reviews and to my experience this was a very clean place to stay, for the price I was extremely impressed, I would definitely stay many nights if I had to. We'll lite parking lot, very small parking locations for any one with a trailer but overall definitely a hidden gem, you would not expect it don't judge a book by its cover. Clean bed, towels and room. Could not find anything wrong that I would have had to complain about definitely would recommend to anyone else

Very clean rooms, extra comfty beds, and the staff were very hospitable. The price per night is not bad at all compared to the surrounding options. It was a shame we stayed during this cold season, I would've loved to try the pool. It looked very ent

Very good place to go and fish, jog, relax, walk, or feed the ducks. We enjoyed looking at the Covered Bridge that is there. The water fountain in the middle of the lake is pretty. I would recommend this place.
