The hotels need some serious cleaning. The my the microwave, somebody had unplugged it so the next morning, when I got up to warm up my couldn't. I had to go out to warm up my food. I needed to have something on my stomach so I could take my medication being that I had been to the emergency room. And it was over the holiday.
The day before labor day They allowed some of the other guests. I guess that apparently stay there to play Loud. Mexican polka music and loud Mexican rap music in the parking lot and when I called the front desk. I was told oh what they have a long weekend. You know, they just want a party and have a good time. Well, the room is on the 2nd floor I mean, what gives? Why are they down on the 1st floor? Drink?
Ing and hanging out sitting on the back of their trucks, just making unnecessary noise just didn't enjoy it. And I will not be going back when you're tired and you want a place to stay. I don't know why these people need these hotels can't show you respect and then it's even worse. When the management tells you something stupid like that! The only thing nice about this hotel was the guy who cleans The rooms He was very nice and helpful.
I've stayed here for 3 nights. The best room I've had was the room upstairs right above the office. The water doesn't get hot at all. They come knocking on your door at 8-8:30AM wanting to know if you're checking out or not. Knowing CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM. Don't come interrupt my peace before 11am... The coffee pot had mold in it from where coffee was left in it and it wasn't cleaned properly.
Reserved Handicapped Accessible Room. Arrived at hotel. The entry has two doors but you could only enter the 1st door. Second door locked and hand written signs saying they no longer served breakfast. The entire lobby area and breakfast area closed. A guy got up and came to after hours window (it was 3 in the afternoon) told him I have a reservation. He went to get a lady in one of the rooms by office area. She found my reservation and started checking me in. I asked if it was a handicapped room. She said no, that it was rented. If I had not asked, she would have put me in a room that I would not be able to use. |The exterior of the hotel needs work. The inside of what I could see was dirty. Probably a good thing I did not stay. Ended up spending $100 more but stayed at a much better hotel.
Positive: Staffff Negative: There were roaches crawling around and there were not enough towels. Also they advertise breakfast but there was no breakfast that was not true.
We had stayed here room 121as soon as I told the gentleman I was paying cash nothing else mattered we were so tired we had checked to make sure it was clean and it was ok just ok but we were tired so we got up of the morning went into the bath to shower and the mold o my the mold (I have pics if needed) how gross and disgusting and not healthy to breathe never again
The hotel was older, in need of upkeep and repairs. The room was clean though, and provided a bed for the night, which was our ultimate goal. The coffee provided was only enough for one cup of regular or one cup of decaf. The smell of deodorizer was very strong and took quite a while to dissipate. Apparently, this was a pet room. I requested a ground floor, King, non-smoking room. When I arrived, I was informed that I reserved a pet room, which I did not. (Nowhere on my reservation confirmation said I reserved a pet room.) The attendant at check-in tried to get me to take a room with two beds. We wanted a King bed, so I declined.
The price was lower than most, but the value we received was less than we paid. A few repairs, proper lighting and a package of coffee for more than one person was all it would've taken to at least raise our response to "average" or even "good".
No stopper in sink. No stopper in bath, so no bath, only shower. No hair dryer, it was ripped from wall and not replaced. Artwork was removed from wall. Iron cord was strung out. Funky odor. No breakfast. Cigarette burns in bed sheet. Overall the room was poorly maintained.
Though we didn't expect 5 star, we did expect room to be cleaned. We got to our room to find trash not emptied, towels/wash cloths not restocked fully, and opened soap left on counter. Bed was made up and appeared clean and was comfortable. After paying online with non-refundable rate, arrived to find a sign stating no breakfast would be available. We woykd have left except for the fact it was a very lare check in and we were to exhausted to argue and bed was cleaned. It just appeared that someone did not finish cleaning. Also, hotel being remodeled6, qhich it definitely needs, and construction noise began before 9 am in the room backside if ours. Would NOT recommend this hotel.
A delightful surprise! We stopped staying at Best Western because we were consistently dissatisfied with several stays about a year ago. It seems Best Western is stepping up its game. This hotel was super clean and the staff friendly. Breakfast w

I started as soon as I was cleared from a broken arm and have come so far. They were great at working with me as I slowly built my strength and mobility. High Tide has a great community, diverse workouts and wonderful coaches that each help you becom
We came for the annual Muster in December, one of the best months to visit. The actors were great, kids tagging along both as guests and families staying the night inside the fort. What an awesome experience for a young person. Note both boys and gir

OMG!!! This is a hidden little gem off of the beaten path. Let me give you a glimpse of our dining experience. This place is dripping with some saucy sauce. They greet you at the door and welcome you in with excellent customer service. Wait, It does
The best damn coffee I have ever had at a breakfast spot. I've been a fancy coffee snob for the better part of half a decade and this coffee tastes like I had made a pour over with the freshest beans imaginable. It had a subtle sweetness, with notes

Hidden gem in a small shopping center. The staff was friendly and while we are passing by; found this listing while on a long ride off 95, we witnessed locals coming in. We watched how several staff talked and laughed with the repeat customers. That
