Price for our room was great! Customer service was also great. The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful. But our bed sheets did have a stain on them. The front lady desk was helpful and gave us new sheets. The sheet didn't look dirty it just had a stain so we just switched them out with clean ones. The breakfast was okay. Didn't have any real hot food just donuts, cereal, and yogurts. For the price this hotel was pretty good.
Stayed one night for the eclipse. Room was very clean and very quiet. They even put out a little spread in the lobby for the eclipse viewing. We had a very nice stay and I would recommend to anyone for a great place to sleep. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and Jennifer got us into the room 2 hours before check in. This allowed us to unload the vehicle before going to view the eclipse. The room had a microwave as well as a refrigerator. We had a pleasant stay and a great time all around.
This Hotel was disgusting!!!! As soon as I walked in the door the smell of dogs slapped me in my face!!!! Our room smelled as well. Sheets and pillows were stained. I called the front desk and they asked me to come to the front desk. She gave me Lysol and asked me to take the sheets off our beds and put them down a shoot to laundry. We left our room for about 6 hours came back to no sheets!!!! It was around around 1 am. Called front desk again, she said I was supposed to come get them. She finally brought them up to our room. Didn't make the bed just gave them to us. We slept in the sheets and covered up with the blankets. HORRIBLE I WOULD NOT LET MY DOG SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL!!!! PICTURE WERE DECEIVING!!!!
Positive: "" Negative: Staff showed no emotion and was not friendly. The mattress in my room had a rusty colored stain all along the edge and some dirt on top. I showed staff my pictures and he moved me to a musty smelling room. Very dirty dead bugs on floor tv did not work.
I absolutely would not recommend this hotel. There isn’t an option for zero stars. Our beds were ripped and dirty. Bugs in our window and mold in our shower! The shower knob was broken. Our TV didn’t work- the light over the sink wouldn’t turn off! VERY run down!!!
I have stayed here before my husband and son but this time I was with my daughter and son in law and there 8 month old baby the room was great and clean but when I called to reserve the room I told the person I talked to I had to be on the first floor when we got here they was going to put us on the 2nd floor I said no I have to have first floor now I got it but the point is I was told I would have one when I got here and the only reason I got it is because I had to wait 30 minutes one girl that works night is rude but the rest of the staff was great the only next thing that up set me is my grandson got woke up from kids running around above our room on the next floor
Positive: The staff was friendly. Other than that it¿s not a good hotel Negative: It¿s run down. Poor maintenance and it¿s not clean. Rooms falling apart, smell, burn holes in sheets and stains. No shower curtain liner, moldy shower curtain, sticky drink rings on night stands, one towel for two people. Shower valve was broken could on Negative: ""
Great service but was only there for 20 min and took a shower noticed a bed bug on my towel the next day my friend was in the car with me noticed one crawling on me so we checked my stuff and saw some all over my clothes
