Econo Inn & Suites - Motel in North Hollywood - 10750 Magnolia Blvd, USA

Listen this place has not changed since I stayed here while on tour 25 years ago. And I mean that literally same sheets same beds same towels etc. It safe almost clean and in a great location if you don't mind forgoing some of the creature comforts like clean anything then this place is for you. If you need private off the grid place perfect. No one sane will look for you here. Now I still pop in there every now and then and if the management wanted people to think more of the place they would make more out of it

This is a difficult review for me to write because the guy has been really nice to me but everyone else I've talked to who is staying here said he is basically a overbearing monster. The rooms are disgusting they are old there is nothing recommendable about this hotel except the price I'm giving it a strong 3 stars because of the price you are not going to find anywhere cheaper to stay besides the sidewalk or homeless shelter in Los Angeles San Fernando Valley so sometimes you get what you pay for and this case I got exactly that but the guy was nice to me so that's the only reason I'm not giving it one or two stars

Not the best, not the worst. I stayed here for a few months with my family. It seems that most people here actually stay long term. The rooms could definitely use some updating and the cable is very basic. The Wi-Fi is free tho. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper and towels if you plan on staying a while. The manager doesn't give you any problems and will work with you if you don't have all the money upfront

The room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. The mattress was dirty and stained. Roaches kept popping up. The manager kept trying to hustle money out of me. Its cheap but pay a couple extra dollars to stay at a nicer place

It was the WORST place to stay on this side of the boarder!!! The room was dirty; toilet was full of prior tenants urine & the bed sheet was crusted with dry snot, not mine, & every thing was SCUMMY!!! I would have never believed that a filthy place like this ever truly existed if I had not seen it myself!!! Never, ever again will I contaminate my psyche with such a place. Please save your self, never stay there!!!!

This place is horrible and has roaches every where. Even coming out of drain during shower. Felt like I was in the movie creepshow. If you have to stay because of animals you own like i did. I understand but if you can go elsewhere. Please do! Omg! And when you tell the office they yell and tell you they will throw you out. And yes I agree with other. The MANAGER IS A STRAIGHT UP JERK!!!!!

You get a great priced room for the size, comes with air condtioning, mini refrigerator, and a bathroom with hot & cold water. The location is very safe and is near tons of great stores and other cool places such as the movie theater just across the street. Very happy with my experience and the manager is very helpful & nice.

I watched the desk agent spot clean the sheets then put them in the dryer. This is the most dirtiest motel i have ever seen in my life. This motel should be shut down and bulldose. This place needs to be investigated. Please never ever stay here roaches, molding, mildew.
