I ordered 2 EchoGo+ bottles. There was an issue with shipping. Rebecca Kevern resolved my issue to my satisfaction and I’m very happy with the customer service that I received. I have been using the product very regularly for about a month. I really like the product! I could feel the difference right away. My cognitive ability has improved. It’s not a stimulant so if you take a drink and expect to feel this wonderful euphoric feeling right away, you will be disappointed. That’s not what this product does. Claims Echo makes about this product, I feel has been delivered. Thank you!

originally gave Echo Water a 1 start rating, as their previous company Synergy Science [owned by same president] did a terrible job at warrant. I had an Echo Ultimate that was repaired 3 times....my cost to ship it back from Canada. When I gave a poor review, I received an immediate replay from Customer Service. I have to say, they got their 5 Star rating, by replacing my unit with a brand new one! My old one was sitting on the bathroom floor our of order; now I'm back in business, and new machine is working great. Thank you customer Service, you rocked my world!

Love our Echo Go+ bottles, but one stopped working after about 6 months of use. Echo immediately replaced the defective unit. Great company, great warranty and friendly customer service.
