What's to say about a pool I love it. Clean the people in the changing rooms she's very sweet. I exercise in the exercise room. I just wish they didn't get rid of all the bicycles. Now. We have two instead of 6. ridiculous and We have one treadmill. We used to have 2 and it's really old and 😖
This place is had great pools, on the inside a Olympic size swimming pool and one diving pool. They also have a similar situation outside when the weather is warmer. The saunas and steam rooms are closed. overall very nice place but needs some general updates.
Complex is roomy. They have both indoor and outdoor pools and well as a recreational room. Complex is a bit dated but serves its purpose . They also have an elevator for easy access to the 2nd floor
I liked going but they asked for COVID vaccines and people sneeze inside the pool without covering their mouths and then? so that so many regulations

My daughters are learning how to swim here through the Town of Hempstead program and I am so glad I chose this facility! They started on Feb on this indoor pool and the temperature was warm, the pools are well kept, the instructors are friendly and care a lot about the kids actually learn how to swim. Really recommend this program and this pool facility.
Everything is closed according to Covid19 regulations the entrance fee remain the same. Only the inside pool is open No changing room open Around the pool no more chairs you can bring your own You have to sign for lap swimming I think they have a time limit Well just something to think about it.
Nice place to go with kids, love the fact that they close late and you can go anytime in the year...just too crowded in summer time!

This place is amazing! Best Lebanese food and the only place you can get raw kibbe on Long Island. We ordered about half of the menu and every single dish was just delicious. The ownerâs a really nice guy too!
