Went here for lunch with a friend on Saturday because we were in town and it wasn't fast or expensive food but good quality for the price. The waiter was busy when we got there and we were informed right away and someone else got our drinks but there was no delay. Matt (our waiter) was super friendly, smiling, always checking in, and got the order right. The most important things and he nailed them all. When we walked in my girlfriend was looking for the smiley cookies but didn't see any without sprinkles (jimmies depending on where you're from). One of the people at our table was a kid and when Matt brought over the cookie at the end, I asked where they're hiding the ones without sprinkles since the girlfriend wanted to buy some. He said he got that one from somewhere different than what's in the case. (I get it, you make so many for business and so many for kids that you think might be in). He came back with one for my girlfriend and it made her day. We drove two and a half hours to make a funeral for 10am, so the day didn't start out the best. But Matt's small act of kindness made us smile. Matt definitely deserves a fist bump or something for going above and beyond.

Several of us stopped in for a late lunch on a weekday while doing business in the area. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. The restaurant was in decent condition and somewhat clean. The restroom was decent and clean. The salad bar wasn’t necessarily kept stocked and clean though. The soups were watered down; the chili was mostly some sort of watery broth, though it smelled decent. The cream of broccoli was mostly milk and hardly had any broccoli in it. I’m not sure what the third soup was, but it looked too watered down too and only two of the three soup tops had knobs to open them, this definitely needs to be addressed! The salad bar had a lot of cross-contamination going on – Things from one container spilled into the container next to it and the tongs being down in the bowls, like with the lettuce, so the part of the tongs people touch are now touching the food – YUCK! Overall, I typically do like thee joints for the soup and salad, but this visit was disappointing. I’d still return in the future, maybe it was a one-off? Regardless, better oversight and management is needed.

I'm not sure if they were short staffed because of the holiday, but everyone on staff was chipping in. A very large group came in while we were there. The cook brought my appetizer out, then he brought someone else's order out, and he saw a couple at the hostess desk & one of the couple was in a wheelchair, he assisted them to a table. Our food was served hot. Everyone chipped in. It was a pleasant experience all around. Thank you.

This was my first time at the Natrona Heights Eat'n Park. The store is oddly shaped (in comparison with other locations), but clean and functional. We were early enough for the breakfast buffet but passed on it; it was well stocked. I chose eggs benedict, while my companion went with the fried cod sandwich. Both meals were hot and tasty. The service was very good... attentive without being intrusive. This location appears to be an older store and is showing some wear. All in all, it was a good brunch at a reasonable price.

This eat n park has always been good. Last night was a great meal. Busy place, salad bar full not skimpy, my waitress was busy, but she was not neglectful of any of her customers, which is sometimes a problem here, always filling coffee, tea, water

We ordered delivery and it was cold and disgusting as normal door dash should be replaced as your delivery company. Every time we order delivery it's the same thing. The food is cold and inedible. It's making eaten park look terrible. I spent a lot of money and I should have my food hot and edible. It's nothing new. It's every time we get something that DoorDash delivers as much as they charge for us to have deliveries. The food should be edible and hot

This place was ridiculous. We wish we would have known how bad the service/ food times were, because we would have gone to The Mills location. We ordered our food. 45 minutes later we still haven’t got our food. Our server never came up and told us there was a hold up until then. She blamed it on the big table behind us. They had their food since we got there. They were not that busy. It seemed more like she forgot to put our ticket in. She should have let us know the food was going to take over an hour. We would have gotten the buffet. When we brought it up, she seemed very indifferent that we’re were there. She said it will be out in 3 minutes. We waited another 15 minutes. She came hour. She came out and said four minutes. We got up and left. How do eggs take an hour? There were only 3 of us. We asked for a manager but they couldn’t produce. All in all a terrible location. We love the other locations and have never been treated like this at any of the other Eat n Parks

We stopped here later in the evening on the way home from an event. The dining area was literally filthy. The manager was yelling at an employee in front of everyone. Our waitress was so high she had to ask us 3 times what we ordered. After waiting 35 minutes we still had not been served our drinks. We were told our waitress left and was not coming back. The manager started cleaning and sweeping while people were dining. I excused myself to go to the restroom, and dear Lord, the bathroom was horrific. Needless to say, we left, and we had to stop at a fast food restaurant further up the street to use the bathroom and grab some food.
