It was absolutely delicious! We've never had the Sunday brunch and it was huge with many different offerings. It definitely got busy..now I see why. We will be back soon!

Staff was friendly, patient, understanding, and helpful. The county fried chicken was just like my gramma's. This Eat n Park was the one I went to with family as a youth. It's still the same (except it has a drive-through), being greeted with a smile then and now is impeccable

Went to there with my kids that are extremely well-behaved not making any noises no fits. A couple moved away after being disrespectful to my kids for no reason making them feel bad. Instead they get rewarded for being Karen’s instead of dealing with it. Rude people get rewarded.

I dined in with my mother and two young children. Each of us ordered a meal (4 altogether), and the meal that I ordered was the salad bar. One of my sons did not like his spaghetti, so I gave him a bite of my chicken noodle soup (from the salad bar) and asked if he liked that and wanted to have my soup instead. He said yes. I have twin boys, and the other deemed this unfair and asked for a bowl of soup so I got my other son a bowl of soup and discussed with my mother how we would just pay for the bowl of soup if it became an issue. Before we were able to discuss this with the waitress whose named appeared as "Ngan" on the receipt, she came to table and very loudly said "I'M GOING TO GO AHEAD AND CHARGE YOU FOR TWO BOWLS OF SOUP BECAUSE THEY (MY CHILDREN) ARE NOT TO SHARE YOUR SALAD BAR." I responded that this was fine and that my son did not like his spaghetti so I gave him my bowl of soup. She responded by saying "WELL I CAME OVER AND ASKED IF EVERYTHING CAME OUT OKAY AND YOU SAID YOU WERE FINE." I asked to speak to the manager, John, who had a similar passive aggressive attitude about the issue but reported that the waitress could have been more "tactical" in addressing the issue. He gave me our receipt, I reported that we wouldn't be back, and I returned to the table to pack up and leave. The manager followed me to our table and restarted the conversation that had already ended by saying with the same passive aggressive attitude "I don't know why you said you would never come back, I was siding with you by saying that the waitress could have been more tactical in her response." I responded by saying that I'm not surprised that his employee went toe to toe with a customer, because now a manager came back for more and is doing the same. Ultimately, we weren't charged for the kids meals and were charged for two 2 dollar bowls of soup instead, so the restaurant lost even more money than if they had done nothing at all, in addition to losing customers that will never be back. We were treated with even more rude behavior while waiting for any of the many employees in the lobby to ring us out at the front, as the manager declined to come over and complete the transaction as did the group of employees who were invested in making this an uncomfortable situation by insisting that we MUST check out with the original waitress and that no one else is able to complete the transaction. A young gentleman kindly stepped up and completed our transaction and gave my kids each a smiley cookie. I appreciated the kindness of this particular employee, but ultimately am disappointed in the experience that I had at "the place for smiles."

Ok maybe I should just rate 5 or 5 for food service and atmosphere but its not a place I would rave about. We just had soup and salad bar to have a choice. Also we enjoy salads.

I hadn't been to Eat n Park in a good long while. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised, and when in the area, I will be coming back. Long gone are the greasy spoon days. This reminded me so much of a nice diner. The portions are awesome. The chicken noodle soup was fantastic. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. I also reldly enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. It was so simple and perfectly delicious. There is a breakfast buffet where kids eat free!

Ordered two Quarts of Chicken noodle soup . It was on sale for $5 a quart Friday. Now I know why so cheap No meat, uncooked carrots (probably added from the salad bar) watered down broth . Maybe that's why Eat N Park is closing stores ? Tried to order takeout and no one to help Tried to order at the counter Finally sat down near the salad bar and found a waitress. .Sorry to say The Eat N Park I once knew is just a memory.

I order the same thing from this location at least once per month. I always tip and pick up my order in the drive thru. This past Sunday I placed a $50+ order online and picked it up. When i got home I was missing the grilled stickies with ice cream. I called back and was told a manger would call me back. When she did I was told she packed it and I was basically lying. I immediately informed this person she was indeed wrong and she offered me a $5 gift card. I said considering the grilled stickie was $7.99 I do not accept your offer. She then said she didn’t realize I ordered it À la mode. That’s weird considering she insisted she packed the order. I explained to her how I don’t appreciate being told I’m a liar over a $7.99 grilled sticky considering I had such a large order. She asked for my address and said I would be receiving a $20 gift card. I haven’t received it yet and if I don’t, I will just be disputing the charge on my credit card. I’ll also never order from this location again. Dormont will do just fine.
