Eat'n Park - American restaurant in Gibsonia - 5143 State Hwy 8, USA

The food here has gotten worse over the years. Its too the point now it is comparable to school cafeteria food. The fish was over cooked and bland, while the bun was stale. Like everything else the quality has dropped while their prices has risen. The service is decent, it can't outweigh the negatives though.

Very clean, great looking and tasting salad bar. Lots of choices you won't find anywhere else like picked eggs, two types of olive, beans, etc. 3 choices of soup. I had the turkey dinner and it was so fresh and good. Fresh turkey, perfect dressing and the potatoes were good too. Very friendly hostess and waitress. If ever passing through with my family I will surely stop here with them.

The first time I've been here, live out of state. I had the Black Angus Super Burger with fries. The burger was pretty good, like a Big Mac, but it's better to be honest; the fries were also pretty good. Our waitress was so so so nice, her name was Sandra. We ordered a strawberry pie to go, and Sandra made sure they made it fresh for us. That was very sweet of her, she also put a free smile cookie in our bag. Overall, it was a good place for lunch. They have a lot of different meals to choose from and the people who work there seem pretty nice. They also sell little smile cookies if you want to bring those home.

This was hands down the best Eat’n Park experience we have had in a long time. This isn’t our usual location but I will absolutely make sure that it’s the only location we go to from now on. The food was all cooked perfectly, the staff was all older women and they were beyond delightful. What a great late morning experience

We just left and am in a little shock how the server Nicolette treated us. I was there with my two young daughters and family. I ordered one kids meal (2 pancakes+ sausage plus an extra side of sausage). When we got our food she brought out 2 kids meals plus 2 sides of sausage. I told her that I didn't order that much. She just said "oh ok I thought you did." Didn't say ok I'll take it back. So just let it go. She never came back to our table. I talked to another employee and one employee took off a kids meal. I tried to get my check back after waiting another 15 minutes . An employee told me that Nicolette said "they ate it so we can pay for it." We didn't eat it actually because she brought out so much extra. She didn't even have the decency to bring us our check. She looked miserable the whole time we were there. I've been a server before and that was someone who shouldn't be dealing with people. She looks like she wants to off herself and something is serious going on in her life. Still no way she should act that way. I felt bad in the beginning for her and ended up still tipping because I don't want to mess with someone's money during the holidays. Hopefully you tell her how to conduct herself while waiting tables. Also, didn't bring out cookies like we usually do because she wouldn't even come to our table. Was completely ignored!

Updated 12/31. Store was closed and due to inaccurate orders, hadn't gone in a while. Well - things ahve not improved. We had 2 take out orders and both were wrong. A missing side on 1 and received a cup of soup but ordered a bowl. This store needs a new manager. This does not happen from other restaurants in area. Done with take out. Pathetic. The food is good and if you eat in the restaurant no issues. The take out accuracy is terrible. If you get everything you ordered 50% of the time consider yourself lucky. The main items are there, but bread, salad dressing or a missing side is pretty much a guarantee. They need a new process for accuracy on take-out.

Love the Gibsonia eatnpark..they just had all new renovations done to the inside and outside of the building, looks absolutely amazing 👏...great staff as always and great food is a plus...they also have a new drive-thru..highly recommended to all..

Don't expect a smile from the older Waitresses at this place, and the food will come slow and cold half the time. You feel like you rushed and it is your fault if anything does not come out right. Poor service and management and grouchy older staff I feel.
