The food is delicious 😋 I'm definitely full. My burger came with 2 beef patties, so had I known, I would have skipped adding vegetables. No complaints, though 👌 definitely great pricing with the food portions. Although there was a limited number of people, the food was great. ✨️❤️

I have to rave about the wonderful service from our server, Tina! This is the second time we've been lucky enough to be seated in her section. We were there in September 2023 on the way home from Florida. We definitely remembered her as a result of her desire to bend over backwards to serve us. And she actually remembered us!! Even remembered that we were travelling back to Canada! Excellent service and delicious food as always!! Thanks

My wife and I had the salad bar. Not many places with salad bar anymore so we really appreciate this one. Salad bar was kept clean and filled. Good selection of salad items to pick from. My wife likes the soup and chili that were included. I'm not a soup or chili person. I frequently get the whale of a cod sandwich which is huge and tasty. Last one measured about 9" long!!

The wait staff was awesome. Still, I paid $12 for two eggs, toast, bland potatoes, and grilled stickies that tasted like something was wrong with them. It was supremely disappointing. Then I got a dozen of the smiley face cookies, for nostalgic reasons, and the let down was even worse. These aren't cookies anymore. They're basically cardboard with spackle icing. Oh how the mighty have fallen. I'd recommend eating here if you hate your taste buds, or if you're wondering where you'll get the supplies to patch the hole in your wall on the cheap.

I was in Erie and wanted a sit-down lunch. I was alone, so I sat at the counter. I only had 45 min. I sat for 10 min. No one even acknowledged my existence. Finally, a girl stepped to the counter and proceeded to ignore me, so I said hello. She seemed surprised at the engagement and noticed I did not have a menu, table service, or even a glass of water. She asked if someone was waiting on me. I said not yet. She proceeded to tell my someone would be by shortly. No menu, no water, nothing. I waited 5 more minutes, and no one showed up. This is not a three martini, 2-hour lunch, kind of restaurant. It's a glorified dinner. I walked out. I'm surprised they are not already out of business.

My wife and I have come to this location on and off for several years, and tonight was the last time. Service was slow and the server was very unsure of what she was doing. When we mentioned that we wanted a 'specialty' milkshake with a special that offers the 'regular' shake she asked someone (maybe a manager?) if that was possible. When we were told that we couldn't do that I asked if an upcharge was possible. We were told that their POS is not set up to allow that. Seems a rather customer unfriendly way to run a restaurant. Even though the menu says that all meat will be cooked to well done unless otherwise requested, that is not possible either. Well done or nothing. Our meal was served almost 30 minutes after we ordered, which is too long for the number of customers that were there. Our waitress forgot items that came with the meal (no tartar sauce for a fish sandwich) but I didn't ask for it as she didn't come to check on us until we were almost finished with our meals. We watched as a couple was told that the only table they could sit at was a large table right in front of a large window. They did not want to sit there, but that was the only one they could get because the other 'sections' were already closed. At 6:30pm. With the precipitous decline in customer service and food quality since the last time we ate there, we will not be checking back to find out if they improve. I half expect to see yet another restaurant close due to lack of caring about the customers.

After eating dinner here the other night i can see why the parking lot was empty. Seemed short staffed and slightly over whelmed tables seemed to not be bussed down. My cheesbuger was not hot enough to melt the cheese. The my childs mac and cheese plate looked it was used for baked meal and never cleaned. Do not think we will be back

This was the first time in about 10 years since u ha e eaten at one if these. I love salad bars and this is one of the few restaurants that still has one. Anyhow, all the food at our table was very good.
