I had a broken camera internally on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Jay was pleasant, flexible, professional, and quick. We communicated back and forth within the week for when parts would arrive. Had a weird issue where my phone was not connecting to my network at all, I had taken it here and Jay had taken a look at the inside of my phone and surmised that I was having issues due to my 4G/LTE antenna that had a blemish on it, due to me dropping it. This in fact didn't resolve my issue at first, when I brought it back he suggested replacing the 5G antenna that wasn't visibly damaged as he's had success resolving this issue via antenna replacements, he said if this didn't resolve my issue that they could do a full refund. This made me pretty satisfied regardless of whether it worked or not, great customer service. Thankfully replacing the 5G antenna did fully resolve my issue, and he didn't even charge me for the additional replacement or work. Again, great customer service. Highly recommend.

I had a Google Pixel 8 pro with an absolutely SHATTERED screen. They had the parts needed shipped overnight and my phone was fixed the very next day (the other places in town I asked would've taken 3). The staff were super helpful and professional, and I was in and out with all my questions answered in less than 5 minutes on both visits.
