We loved our stay at Eastwind Oliverea and our room! We wish we could have stayed longer, but we'll be back. We loved the fact that there was a trail to hike right across the street (the incline was tough at parts, but the Hunter boots we borrowed from reception helped in the snow, though we should have also borrowed the hiking poles they offer!) We also used the sauna twice which was really a treat. Lastly, dinner at Dandelion and the breakfast baskets were great! One note, we wish breakfast was included or that we could add breakfast to our room when we made the reservation (which maybe we could and I just failed to select that haha). Thank you, Eastwind! We can't wait to come back soon!

Stayed here for a few days with my boyfriend for his birthday. The grounds are beautiful and surreal esp at night! Our room was great and clean and staff was friendly and welcoming. We also love how pet friendly they are! We were able to bring our pup to dinner with us. Dinner at the Dandelion was amazing! And we got to make s’mores after. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful birthday/Christmas weekend stay at Eastwind Oliverea Valley. The grounds are beautifully laid out and our lushna suite was perfectly designed and cozy. The restaurant has a great vibe to it and the food was delicious. We had fun checking out the area too, including a peaceful walk on the rail trail, which runs along the water. We'll definitely be back, maybe with some friends, and will also check out the Windham and Lake Placid locations.

A unique hotel experience with exceptional decor and ambience. We loved our room with its Scandinavian decor and quiet Mountain View’s. The staff were all attentive, ensuring everyone’s stay was special. We enjoyed sitting in front of the fire on New Years Day enjoying cocktails and playing games. The food in the restaurant is superb and not to be missed. Their chef is phenomenal.

I'll start off by saying we were very excited to finally stay at Eastwind Oliverea Valley after trying to plan a trip here for months. We stayed a couple days before Christmas to unwind and relax before the holidays but we did not expect our stay to go as it did. We brought our small dog with us and while we weren't expecting anything crazy, we thought they would atleast provide us with some treats or food/water bowl for him. We have stayed at other dog friendly properties in the area and they give a little welcome basket for the dogs which usually has a toy, treat, and bowls for them. Not a big deal but would have been nice since you are paying $50/night to bring your dog. I'm honestly surprised no one has mentioned how thin the floors/walls are in the room, you can literally hear people in the rooms above/next to you talking. We stayed in a Lower Valley King room and when we got back from dinner, we had about 10 minutes of peace before the people in the room above us started making noise...which lasted till about 2am. It sounded like they were moving furniture around, jumping and screaming for a majority of the night but we didn't say anything to be nice. The next night was even worse, they had music BLASTING until 230am and were once again screaming. As this was the last night of our stay, I message the front desk about the noise and in the morning, was offered a free breakfast basket. We honestly couldn't wait to leave so we didn't take the basket but if you do plan on staying here and want to actually get some sleep, dont book the Upper/Lower Valley King rooms. This stay went from being something we were excited about to easily one of the worst we've ever had.

Eastwind Oliverea Valley was the perfect retreat for a night away for me and my husband. From the moment we walked in the door we were well taken care of. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were lucky enough to go on BBQ night. Even though the restaurant was packed with locals and travelers a like, we found a quiet corner and devoured a delicious meal with as many helpings as we wanted. We were hungry after a 10 mile hike! The cornbread is to die for. After a filling dinner, we enjoyed the sauna and an early bedtime in the super comfy beds. The simple design and clean lines made for a relaxing atmosphere. The next day we were up with the sun and out to explore the beautiful environs. Eastwind is in the perfect location for exploring nature and the Catskills. We'll be back and are very thankful to the whole Eastwind team!

Now this is a getaway. Friendly service, unique and thoughtful room accommodations, and top notch service. All this on one of the most unique properties in the Catskills. The ownership feels present and everyone who works at the resort makes you feel special. Thank you for making our weekend trip to Big Indian so memorable. You guys rock. Keep up the good work and wishing you much continued success.

The food and drinks at the restaurant was my favorite part of this trip! The area was quiet and peaceful. Stayed in the king room, the bed was so cozy! Love how warm and minimal the room was. Super Annoyed with their shower head, I can’t shower properly with a rainfall shower head. Personally I love a removable hose shower head so I can get in all my angles and water pressure is mediocre. They have two saunas, we booked the sauna for a specific time and day. We planned an entire itinerary with everything timed and when it was time to finally use the sauna we couldn't access one of them because there was work being done on it. Wish I was told work was going to be done so we could’ve planned itinerary differently and actually got to use it. I even texted Staff a heads up we had it booked but nobody responded . We had to go offsite to get lunch. We did a breakfast basket one day and it was all right but wish they offered actual lunch and breakfast onsite so we wouldnt have to drive 20 min to the nearest diner. Wish they had more things to do onsite.

Unbelievably beautiful views, incredible room, and overall an amazing experience. The restaurant had amazing food, particularly the Jicama as well as the Braised Lamb Pasta. Cocktails were great. What stood out most, perhaps, was the staff and how

A stop at Peekamoose is always part of the itinerary whenever I make a trip to the Catskills. It's reputation stands for itself and never fails to disappoint. On this trip, my wife and I started with the beets and homemade gnudi. The gnudi was like a
